This place is AWFUL!!!!! AND before management responds stating I do not see you in our system, YES I do reside here building 14. What I get for my almost $2400 rental. 1. A lovely view of the trash dump/landfill with a constant over flow of garbage. 2. Complaints that the television is loud. Let me just say, I’ve never had a complaint anywhere I’ve ever lived. So what do I do I decide to not watch television for the remainder of my lease to appease and accommodate whomever is complaining. Nope not good enough…haven’t had the television on in almost 2 months and still got a noise complaint about a television being loud at 3am in the morning. Not sure what other people are doing at 3am, but I’m asleep as I do work. I asked for proof that the noise is coming from my apartment and was told they have no proof, but it’s DEFINITELY my apartment. On this same night, I heard pounding coming from the apartment above and decided maybe a new neighbor was hanging pictures or decorating and so I carried on without complaining about it. Only to be greeted with an email the next morning about a 3am television that hasn’t been on in months. Still no proof it’s from MY apartment. 3. An increase of $75 for internet even though I didn’t need their internet and don’t use it and after reading the reviews I’m glad I opted to keep my AT&T. I often work from home and the issues with wirestar jeopardizes my job as I have to have reliable service. 4. Horrible parking and visitor cars being towed. I’ve not experienced that issue as I no longer allow anyone to visit due to the embarrassment of the landfill and fear of a noise complaint. I do plan on moving when my lease is up and I will say I have had pleasant interactions from one office staff who’s from the previous management. Not sure why she stayed but so happy she did. I absolutely adore her. Hope she’s still here, I haven’t been to the office in a few months. Just quietly isolating and tiptoeing around my almost $2400 apartment (nothing luxurious about this place) until my lease is up. Sidenote: I have reached out to an attorney about what I truly feel is blatant harassment at this point with these bogus noise complaints. Again television has not been on in almost 2 months. For your own sanity move elsewhere!!!!!
