It was really nice when they first opened. Now it's clear that the management team is over their heads. Ants are everywhere and infest the grounds and houses. They say pest control comes, but if they are actually coming, it ain't working. The front gate has never worked and the side gate is always broken. Lately, it seems the pool is closed more often than open. Cable has never worked in my or any of my neighbors houses. The internet is patchy at best. The Student Technology Services company they use doesn't respond or follow-through on fixing tech requests. Vistor parking has now be moved to the ends of the community so they can replace it with paid, reserved parking spots so if you don't have a driveway for guests to park in, be prepared for them to have to walk. Far. Save yourself $2300+ a month and move somewhere else. We just did and I'm so glad.

Lived here for 9 months. The place isn't bad but it is certainly NOT worth the amount you will pay. Despite being a fairly new property nothing ever seems to work here. The gates NEVER worked, I was never able to get my cable TV working and the Internet... That's a whole 'nother story. There were instances where the internet was out for DAYS as no one is ever at the leasing office and to reset it. Working from home in this property was an absolute nightmare. Parking is horrendous and I actually had my car towed from the property even though I lived there.
The valet trash service is hit or miss and if you have issues, they'll ask you to call the company. Pest control and "lawn-keeping" are also very inconsistent.
On top of this, beware of their delays in returning security deposits. Good luck actually speaking to anyone on this and receiving anything but vague answers. They pretend to miss your calls and answer in text so they don't have to speak to anybody.

At first I was leery that not hanging someone to talk to about the move would be difficult. However having my virtual connects made it seem less. They were very responsive even when the office opened up on that following Monday. I do like human interaction and the ladies have been wonderful when I had to go into the office. Although my box was not connected they still made me feel like a priority and created a work order for me. Thanks again!!

The property is new and very nice. The location is great as well. However, the management team is not good at all. They are unresponsive and disregards your needs. While living in the unit, we had the rare Houston snow and we did not have heat downstairs. The heat was not fixed and we just had to stay upstairs during the freezing snow. No one from management seemed to care. Fast forward to when we moved out, we paid everything we were to pay as well as made sure the property was left in great condition. We are due to receive our deposit back. We have written confirmation of this but 4 months later we still never received our funds. We called, emailed and dropped by the property several times with no response. You will have a great experience so long as you never actually need to interact with management. If you do, good luck getting someone that will assist you.

I have had an absolutely miserable move in experience here. Everything here is managed by an app, which is fine when everything is going well, but absolutely a pain when things are going wrong. The units are beautiful and new, but when we moved in our refrigerator did not have ice or water hooked up, the backyard was half the size of the model unit we toured with a tiny little piece of turf that a toddler could barely stand on, we still have no cable and Internet connected, even though that should’ve been hooked up on day one since it is included in the rent. No one is returning calls or tickets for service from the company that manages the cable and internet because they are “out of office” with no return date. The list goes on. Dominique is wonderful and has been so helpful, but even she can’t fix all the things wrong here and it’s only our first week…
