The property is new and very nice. The location is great as well. However, the management team is not good at all. They are unresponsive and disregards your needs. While living in the unit, we had the rare Houston snow and we did not have heat downstairs. The heat was not fixed and we just had to stay upstairs during the freezing snow. No one from management seemed to care. Fast forward to when we moved out, we paid everything we were to pay as well as made sure the property was left in great condition. We are due to receive our deposit back. We have written confirmation of this but 4 months later we still never received our funds. We called, emailed and dropped by the property several times with no response. You will have a great experience so long as you never actually need to interact with management. If you do, good luck getting someone that will assist you.

I have had an absolutely miserable move in experience here. Everything here is managed by an app, which is fine when everything is going well, but absolutely a pain when things are going wrong. The units are beautiful and new, but when we moved in our refrigerator did not have ice or water hooked up, the backyard was half the size of the model unit we toured with a tiny little piece of turf that a toddler could barely stand on, we still have no cable and Internet connected, even though that should’ve been hooked up on day one since it is included in the rent. No one is returning calls or tickets for service from the company that manages the cable and internet because they are “out of office” with no return date. The list goes on. Dominique is wonderful and has been so helpful, but even she can’t fix all the things wrong here and it’s only our first week…

I’ve been living here for a few months, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also really appreciate how welcoming the neighborhood feels. It’s hard to find a place that truly feels like home, but Everstead has done just that for me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable living experience!

I’ve lived here for more than a few months and can give a legitimate take on this property. Management is extremely poor. Manager Virginia is rude and unaccommodating the other leasing agent that works in the office is as clueless as a baby and seems to never know how to resolve a simple issue she literally is like a deer in headlights. They sent a request for residents to give their input on how they could improve as a property months ago and not one improvement has been made. From the gate being broken for months to the office being closed at multiple random times of the day for long periods of time (I would love to have a job where I can leave at any given time or lock people out from coming in when I need to “work”). Maintenance tries their best I can say that but they clearly need help as well. Corporate needs to take a serious look at who they have running this place and the fact that they don’t says a lot about their concern for the residents. Restructure your management and find people that care about working the property with general decent customer service skills. They give politically correct responses to these reviews with no changes. Do yourself a favor ignore the positive generic reviews and find another property to live at.

Awesome place! Moved in 2 months ago! Move in experience is great. I lived in an apartment my entire adult life and this is a dream. I'll keep it real with you.
1. The gym sucks, and is very small, so you'll need a gym membership elsewhere to get what you need done.
2. The office is always closed- read other reviews.
3. They say there is a night security guard, which I don't think that's truthful, I've never seen one, even when people act a fool outside.
4. I sometimes wish they would close the front gates, to prevent people that dont live here from coming in. Because anyone could come in and use the pool/ etc.
5. Lastly, you have to download 6 apps to live here. Which is kinda crazy. My apartments had 1-2 app's that handled everything. Here, every single thing has a separate app. They should really look into fixing that and combining these. Like the house key and garage key should be one key or app. Smh.
