I've been living here for less than a month, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. To be fair, the apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the amenities are nice—but that’s about it.
Customer service is mediocre at best, with Christopher being the only truly helpful staff member.
A major issue is Building 9945—why is the elevator still broken, and why is it taking so long to get repaired? The apartment management hasn’t offered any form of compensation for this inconvenience. It’s unacceptable, especially for residents with disabilities who are expected to use the stairs?
Additionally, the hallways have a strong, unpleasant odor, which is particularly problematic in an enclosed environment like this. While having apartments inside the building is a nice feature, the lack of consideration from some residents makes it unbearable. Many people fail to follow trash disposal guidelines, leaving bins outside long after pickup and dumping trash at improper times. As a result, the hallways are in terrible condition. How often are the carpets even cleaned?
Overall, the management team is ineffective, and I would strongly consider escalating these concerns to corporate.

I’ve been at this apartment complex for two years now and I can honestly say I haven’t had any issues aside from having minor parking stuff. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and take care of issues quickly. Erick has been the maintenance staff I’ve most come into contact with and he’s very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance. Overall I can’t complain about this complex. I’ve enjoyed my time living here.

This review is being submitted anonymously. The reason being, this property/ownership group are known for fining residents and stealing/keeping deposits from former residents who post negative comments. I can assure you I'm and resident. the ownership group (RPM) is going to reply to this review by saying "we have no record of you being a resident" to try to discredit it.
There aren't enough words to describe the disdain I have for this place. It's equal parts the office staff/management and the numerous residents who have zero consideration for others. The onsite staff is apathetic at best. A lot of words and no action. I'm confused by all the kudos for Chris. He's just as bad as the rest of them, he's just not rude.
As for my experience, living below my upstairs neighbor has been a nightmare, literally. It's hard to relax or get uninterrupted sleep with the constant stomping, slamming stuff around, vacuuming at 3am, etc. My next door neighbor thinks Friday afternoons are appropriate for playing techno/dance music at insanely loud levels. Then there's the constant stench of curry that comes from several apartments. It seeps into the SHARED not private hallways, ultimately under your door and into your apartment. I'm quiet, considerate and follow the community guidelines. Obviously, others are not and the response from the office is, "that's apartment living, deal with it." It might be part of apartment living but I expect more from a self proclaimed luxury property at the price I'm paying.
The onsite property management doesn't enforce anything. They occasionally send emails about parking and trash but that's it. Yet, there are still trash and parking violations, again, words without action. There are several cars on the property that aren't in running condition just sitting in resident spots, visitors parking in designated visitor spots isn't enforced, the onsite dumpster is a health hazard and hasn't had any maintenance probably since the community opened. People let their pets urinate/defecate on their balconies and never clean it up and the office staff allows it. The list goes on but you get the point.
There was recently a homicide onsite in broad daylight. I, like many residents, found out watching the news. RPM sends an email 3 days later describing it as an "isolated domestic disturbance." In that same email, they state that the safety of our residents is our number one priority. No it's not, collecting rent and keeping apartments full is.

When we first moved in 2 years ago it was a great complex with overall pleasant people to be around. Since new management took over the place has downgraded quite a bit. Repairs of things like elevators and gates have either taken too long or have been ignored all together. The back gate lock has been out of commission for months forcing some people to prop gates which could let anyone into the complex. Also, my building lock has been locking early causing people to prop the door into our building as well. Office says it needs to be “reprogrammed” but it’s been 2 months.
There have also been several incidents where multiple police have entered the complex at one time, most recently a few weeks ago where 8-10 cops in unmarked police cars were waiting in the parking lot presumably for someone who lives in my building. There was also a murder in the building next door and constant smell of marijuana in and outside of buildings (probably due to tenants openly smoking on the balconies despite the smoke free policy).
Other things of note include removal of towels, and water bottles in the gym when management changed, inconsistent refilling of wipes in the gym, tenants parking in guest parking leaving actual guests to park on the other side of the complex, and people constantly tailgating in the parking lot (saying this as someone that does not drive slow to say the least). Staff outside of Chris have overall been very unhelpful or rude when visiting the office.
Although it may look nice when visiting, I would not recommend signing a lease here if you are considering places to live.

UPDATE 1 WEEK LATER: Residents received another threat from management. The complex uses valet trash services (I don’t say offer because it’s not an optional charge) and have been blasting residents with threats of fines for policy violations. I would say it’s fair if one of the violations wasn’t “trash cans cannot be left out overnight.” This is ridiculously unreasonable as sometimes I crash early after working all day, and now they want to fine me for it. It’s an empty can that will sit in an empty hall during the middle of the night… but yet you’re going to threaten your residents with “lease violations” and “fines.” Absolutely outrageous behavior.
Firstly, read every 1-2 star review. THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE. Secondly, I believe all apartments are terrible. This review is to purely state factual experiences that have made my time here unpleasant.
I will say the interiors are nice, and I am very happy with the compliments I get when I have guests over- both regarding my unit and the building itself. This is even despite poor craftsmanship in the building. I will even admit I’ve seen apartments cost the same but look horrible and outdated. But this is about where’s the pros end.
Maintenance definitely seems lacking. I can’t speak for other buildings, but mine constantly has broken doors (even currently), and the community gates also break often and seem useless. It’s supposed to be a gated community with higher security, I have no doubt we’re being charged for it. But I guarantee we’re not getting what we’re paying for. I also agree with other reviews that elevators are broken often, and I know there are physically disabled residents on the upper floors of my building.
The office is lacking in communication and customer service skills- I’d like to mention I train customer service as a profession. Emails take days to respond and are usually not helpful, and I don’t know the last time a phone call went through. I have also been charged fees because they failed to communicate changes in policies.
The Luxer package room is a joke. Carriers often ignore it and still deliver to the door- and then deliver to the wrong unit. When packages are placed in the Luxer room it is a complete mess. Packages are everywhere randomly and you have to sift through everyone’s mail to find your own. I’ve also had packages placed in there that weren’t scanned which made it difficult to receive my packages.
Internet also seems to be a constant problem. AT&T is the only option and I have had to have a repairmen come out 3-4 times. Service will also randomly go out from time to time or run slowly.
Lastly, and this has made me absolutely hate this community, they stole our parking. The current management company is the second one to own this property in my time here, and I have made it a point to only review THEIR performance. Well, when I originally moved in all of the parking was free except for a very small handful of reserved uncovered parking spaces- totally fair! But then THIS management company came in, took what I would call a majority of the parking, and are selling it back to us! They put in covered parking and are selling it back to us at an extra $60 a month. I understand that’s an average price for covered parking, but it was free before! I sometimes have to park at other ends of the complex because parking is terrible! A completely open spot will be right in front of my building but I can’t park there thanks to their threat of towing. Frankly, I find it scummy and unethical, and it reveals a lack of care for your tenants.
I’ll end with this: if you’re use to poor apartment management, then this complex will be fine. The units are nice and I do genuinely consider it my home. If you’re looking for higher level service, look elsewhere- residents are not their priority.
