Chloe was the leasing agent that gave me a tour and MAN she sold the place. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, pointed out details I wouldn't have noticed on my own, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, honesty, and enthusiasm really stood out. Thanks to Chloe, I found the perfect place and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend working with her!

I lived at this property from May 2024 to May 2025, and my experience was very disappointing. During my lease term, property management changed three different times, which created a lack of consistency and accountability. I never had an issue paying rent—every payment was made on time each month—yet the amenities advertised and paid for were consistently unavailable or poorly maintained.
The pools were closed for the entirety of my lease, and the fitness room was only accessible during office hours because management claimed the key was “lost.” This was a major inconvenience, especially for residents with consistent work schedules and school aged children. Additionally, much of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. Essentially, I paid for amenities that I was unable to use for the entire year.
At the beginning of my lease, I also experienced a roach problem in my unit and had to be added to the pest control list for weekly treatment. Maintenance repeatedly knocked on my door regarding a water leak in the unit below mine, but no evidence of leaks was ever found in my apartment—causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Toward the end of my lease, new management persistently knocked on my door about renewing, despite my clear communication that I would not be renewing.
Upon moving out, my family and I left the apartment spotless—cleaner than when I moved in, including detailed cleaning such as scrubbing baseboards. Despite this, I was charged a $75 “cleaning fee.” When I questioned this, the manager (Brad) informed me that all tenants are charged a cleaning fee upon move-out, regardless of the apartment’s condition. He even admitted the unit was “super clean,” yet still insisted the charge was mandatory unless I could provide proof of hiring a professional cleaner.
I moved out May 31st but did not receive my security deposit until early August, after multiple follow-ups and weeks of unhelpful communication with management. Initially, I was told the refund amount, but the deposit I received was $198 less. I was double-charged for the final month’s water and sewer fees—once from my security deposit and again directly from my debit card. Despite providing proof of the charges, including bank statements and receipts, I was repeatedly dismissed or given the runaround by management (specifically Chloe and Irene). I asked to speak with Brad multiple times but they never allowed me to besides that first time. Irene was dismissive, unprofessional, and sarcastic during multiple calls I had with her.
Ultimately, I had to involve my bank to obtain a refund for the duplicate charge. Only after my bank issued the refund did the property finally acknowledge the double billing, sending me an apology email and confirming the error.
Overall, my experience at this property was extremely unprofessional and stressful. From mismanagement and unfulfilled amenities to poor communication and mishandling of financial matters, I cannot recommend renting here.
