Do not rent from this place, because they are scammers. I applied to live in this place because i heard such good things about the former property manager. However, they now have a new manager, and she is anything but professional. I came in over a week ago prepared with all of my documents, including my money order, which they quickly accepted. I was told that I would have a response by the end of business the next day. Then I was told to check back the day after that. A few days went by, and I was told that the manager has to give the final say, yet she's never available. After a week goes by, I decided to stop by and speak with the manager myself. As soon as I walked in, I was looked at as if I wasn't welcomed. The manager was to busy eating her breakfast and laughing with the maintenance men, to acknowledge me. I sat patiently for about 10 minutes, before she said anything to me. She finally looked over my paperwork, only do tell me that her boss, had to give the final say for my application. She was also very rude and unprofessional during her interaction with me. She took a personal call while I was sitting in front of her, and continued eating as well as cursing like a sailor about random things that had nothing to do with me. She is by far, the trashiest and unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I was then told to wait until the end of business, and they promised to call me, and they never did. I've also tried calling, but the never answer the phone. They also claim to be open until 6 pm, but that's a lie. They close early a lot, and they make their own hours whenever they want to . Needless to say it's been over a week and a half, and still no answer about being approved or denied. I don't think they had any intentions on approving me. I think they made a quick 300 dollars off of me. I feel that they only want to rent to " certain groups of people". I wouldn't advise anyone to rent here, they will take your money, and give you the run around as well. It's not to much to ask, to be told yes or no for a approval. However, I'm considering the source.
