Went in for a tour and the staff is amazing! Never had been treated so well especially looking for my new home. At the time I went in for a tour I believe they were in a meeting so I got the honor of meeting all the staff. I met the manager Marcela, and Carlos I believe the assistant and as well as the leasing team and maintenance staff. Mike made me feel so welcome he is the maintenance.

Yeah we just moved in and I'm already gonna have to give it a 1. Firstly, didn't even get the apartment we applied for, but didn't get an update on it until the day of and I learned all of the details...the day of. Asked about a possible free transfer, they can't do that even though everything on that situation is their fault. (had a whole month ahead of time to fix the apartment, and poor communication). Secondly, a BAD CEILING LEAK WHEN IT RAINS!!! The ceilings have already had water damage from the 3rd floor down! (We are on the 2nd floor). They never answer the phone. The gentleman above us has had water damage since May!! Ridiculous as hell.

I’ll start by saying ‘I’ve lived in many places including some not so pleasant areas of town’ but this one is by far the WORST one yet!!!!
They false advertise to get you into the lease but once you sign, your on your own.
Infested with rats, roaches, mosquitoes, mold, dog shit. Maintenance team is worthless & never take orders but walk around all day acting like they are picking up trash. Work orders are never rectified regardless of importance. The office wants nothing to do with you unless it’s time to pay rent. Management changes like I change my socks. Roof leaks inside every time it rains. Cars get broken in to. A.C units do not work all summer. Gym & indoor pool have never been accessible even though it was a big selling point for us. Mail boxes broken in to & not repaired. Trash left in vacant apartments causing infestations. Stray dogs, cats & people. I’d rather live in a tent than this place. Hard to believe it’s in the medical center. At this point, it needs to be condemned.

My mother in laws air conditioner has been out of service since July 2, 2025 She had been placing phone calls as well as going up to the office to ask for a service call. She was assured by both Joann and Scott that the issue was going to be addressed. My husband and I finally went up to the office with her yesterday July 15, 2025 and was told that maintenance would be at the apartment at 2:15pm no later than 2:30pm. Waited until 3:30pm and went back up to the office and was told the maintenance dept would be there within 15min. Went back up to the office at 4:45pm requesting a copy of the work order only to be told that one had not been filed BUT there were text messages with the maintenance dept and that was the same as a work order. I then asked for a work order to be placed and Scott did place it as well as give us a copy. We asked to speak to the manager and both Joann and Scott stated the name was not available and could not be disturbed (Marcela).
I asked for her business card and was told they had none. I asked for her email and name and was provided with it, finally. Today, July16,2025 1:45pm my husband called because his mother asked him to help her talk to the office staff (she is disabled) and when he called, Scott told him the only person who could call them was the tenant. This is abuse of an elderly and disabled person. Please contact me as soon as possible.
