I’ve had the pleasure of calling The Bradford at the Park home for the past 17 years, and my recent experience only reaffirmed why I’ve stayed so long. Due to ongoing property remodeling, I needed to transfer to another unit on-site. Thanks to the incredible support from Azaria and Michelle, the entire process—from the paperwork to the actual move—was smooth, stress-free, and handled with genuine care. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
I’m also grateful to Andres and Josh from the maintenance team. They responded to all requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was in perfect working order from day one.
Thanks to this amazing team, my transition into a new unit felt seamless and welcoming. The Bradford at the Park continues to provide not just a place to live, but a place that feels like home.

Oh man where do I even start I hate complaining trust me I’m not trying to be a Karen here, I didn’t wanna leave a bad review I never do this but I'm beyond fed up. I’ll do my best to give my deeply honest input on this place. So first things first, overpriced on rent and did not get my February months rent free as promised on the move in date so watch out they will try and get you on that. Another thing I’m paying around 1800 a month for a little bitty 700 sq apartment and that’s not all bills included but whatever right ? And the amount of problems I deal with, pool is never open it’s always broken, been here for 2 years now and I think they only had the pool open one time and if they do open, its once in a blue moon, something breaks next day . Also I would like to mention we were promised a new refurnished apartment first day of move in so we asked about the carpets being replaced because the previous renters were filthy and the carpets we had, had dog urine molded into the carpets which was disgusting you could actually see the circle rings of the spots .Unfortunately I had to rent a shampooer out of my expenses to get it all out myself. I had brought this to the office attention and they didn’t seem to care or did not want to replace it for us as new move ins .This place has been a nightmare living here due to the amount of troubleshoots as far as A/C not working, Bathroom repairs, Floods, Mold build up, cracks in outside doors etc. I would like to also mention if your electric bill is high most likely it’s because your having to run your AC consistently because of all the air coming inside from all the cracks in the doors so make sure you spot this out if you have the same problem. These past two years I’ve been here, these issues have been affecting my daily routine and are becoming increasingly difficult to manage. I come home from a 12 hour shift and there is always something I gotta fix because calling maintenance is like getting ahold of the tooth fairy. It’s like when you notify something needs to be fix the guy is like I’ll put a pin in it and never get back to it so guess what you gotta know how to fix things yourself . This is the 3rd time I have had a flood in my apartment because of sink problems and maintenance and management was notified and don’t seem to care each time. I have pictures and video documentation of all the horror stories I’ve had here. I’m sorry for all the complaining but a person can only take so much to the point where there egg shell cracks a bit. So please if I could give you my honest opinion stay away from this place for your peace of mind. I’ll go ahead and add the pictures .

I first want to say that I appreciate maintenance being quick about resolving issues great service but I'm really bummed out about my cabinets. I have the "upgraded unit" but i have old broken down cabinets. I thought I was getting new cabinets before moving in but I thought all was good after submitting a request for new cabinets. When i was notified that they came in I removed everything just to find out that I only got new cabinet doors. They look fine but yea that's not right. The foundation of the cabinets are old. Very old worn out, damaged and painted over.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Azaria, Michelle, and Diana for being absolutely amazing during my move! Diana, the property manager, and her crew were incredibly attentive and really had my back every step of the way.
Moving can be so stressful, but they made everything so much smoother for me! I was blown away by how quick they were to respond to my questions and needs. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and support. If you need a property management team that truly cares, these are the folks to go to! You guys rock!

I’ve been here for a year now and am so happy my lease is up soon. The pool was only available for a month before it was closed for the rest of the year, the gym was only open during the leasing office business hours and is only now being extended to after hours. My apartment wasn’t ready by my move in date, I hired movers that I had to pay 8 hours for because of my apartment not being ready. Which the apartment tried to blame on me by stating that the move in time was after 3pm yet it was never told to me. They eventually saw their error and “reimbursed” me by waiving my rent for the first month. The tow company has towed one of my cars twice now and the apartment takes no accountability for its residents.
