WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE. This property is a disgrace, and management’s negligence puts both residents’ safety and well-being at risk. Their priorities are backwards, their standards are nonexistent, and their so-called “management” is nothing more than a cash grab. 1. Filthy, Infested Units: Upon moving in, I was greeted not by a clean apartment, but by a roach infestation. Dead roaches in the carpet, walls, cabinets, sink—and plenty of live ones crawling around. This was not just an oversight; it was blatant disregard for even the most basic standards of habitability. Management was informed and did absolutely nothing. 2. Unsafe Living Conditions: This complex is unsafe at all hours. Strangers roam the property late into the night, and unsupervised children dart into the street, narrowly avoiding getting hit by cars. It is a miracle no tragedy has occurred yet. Residents have repeatedly raised these concerns, and management’s response has been silence. 3. Rent Hikes With Zero Value: After 15 months of enduring these conditions, management attempted to raise my rent by nearly $200. For what? The gate—which is supposed to provide security—has worked exactly once. Criminal activity happens openly, including vehicles stripped for parts and left on blocks. Yet management shamelessly demands more money while providing nothing in return. 4. Petty Enforcement, Zero Accountability: The final insult: my trash can was confiscated after being out for less than 24 hours, with management demanding $25 for its return. So let’s be clear—trash cans get more attention than infestations, security failures, or resident safety. That tells you everything you need to know about this place. This is not just mismanagement—it’s exploitation. These apartments are unsafe, unsanitary, and grossly overpriced. Until management takes responsibility for real issues—pest control, security, and resident safety—this complex is nothing more than a scam. Do not waste your time, your money, or your health here
