New to this community, but I will say from my first interactions with the leasing agents to in person showing and leasing it was always a pleasant experience. work orders to the maintenance staff have always been resolve in a timely matter and they are very nice and friendly. If I ever have a concern Braden at the leasing office has always been available to help and very professional! He did explain that they are a new management team and so far I’ve seen how they are positively improving this community. Let’s keep it nice 😊

I have been a resident at The BLVD for a year now and cannot wait to leave. The management changed in Fall 2024, and everything has gone downhill since.
First off, the towing company used will tow or boot your car regardless of whether it is registered. About 90% of the parking spots are covered and require a fee to use (shocker), but when you try to apply for one, you’ll be placed on a waitlist for several months. Meanwhile, management will try to upsell you on one of their overpriced garages instead. I registered my car on day one, and ten months into my lease, it was booted overnight. I had to pay $183 to have it removed. When I confronted management about the issue, they were completely unhelpful and left me stuck with the bill.
Additionally, since the management transition, the complex is no longer part of the BILT program. I had opened a credit card specifically to pay rent through that program, but now I can’t use it without incurring a 3% fee.
Second, the neighbors are awful. Unless you want to be bombarded by the stench of cigarettes, weed, curry, and dog feces, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX Neighbors let their children run around in the parking lots and through the halls, causing constant noise. These same children draw with chalk in front of your doorstep, and management does nothing to clean it. In my entire year here, I only saw the breezeways cleaned once, and that was under the previous management. Also, my girlfriend has been approached multiple times at the pool by a tenant wearing an ANKLE MONITOR. She felt uncomfortable and had to leave immediately each time. I wouldn’t recommend walking around this complex at night. If they call themselves “premier apartments,” they should really reconsider their screening process, it feels more like government housing.
Third, the amenities. The gym is laughable. It consists of four resistance machines, two treadmills, a stair climber, about sixteen cycling machines I’ve never seen anyone use, and a few dumbbells. It’s comparable to a garage gym at best.
Fourth, the unit itself. A few weeks after moving in, our freezer began leaking water into the refrigerator. We submitted a maintenance request, and a week later someone showed up, but instead of fixing it, they just cleaned out the water and left. This process repeated three more times until it was finally resolved, eight months into our lease. We also had ant and cockroach problems despite living on the second floor, and we had to buy our own traps to deal with them.
Fifth, the price. The advertised rent is very misleading. They bait you in with seemingly reasonable rates, then tack on a bunch of mandatory fees: $100 for cable/Wi-Fi (even if you don’t use cable, it’s required), $35 for “glorious” amenities, and more. When factoring in all the fees, expect to pay at least $200 more per month than the base rent.
Conclusion: There are countless issues with this complex, all stemming from poor management. If they try to lure you in with “X weeks free rent,” just know there’s a reason they’re desperate to sign leases. When reading reviews, check when they were written as everything changed when new management took over in Fall 2024. I honestly don’t know how this place has such high ratings. Probably fake reviews they bought.

This community has been my home for about two years, and I’ve witnessed a fair share of challenges. many of which stemmed from previous management teams, as echoed in other reviews. However, the transition to Bell Partners managing The Blvd has been the best thing to happen here.
My partner and I brought up several concerns regarding tenant issues and other matters to the front office, and I truly felt like my voice was heard. The staff didn’t just listen with care and professionalism, they took real action to resolve the issues we raised. That follow-through has made a significant difference, and I sincerely appreciate the effort and responsiveness we’ve experienced since the change in management.
Not only did they save a resident, but they treated us right with renewing our lease.
Give this management team a pat on the back and a pizza party for at least a month.

We moved into this apartment with a bunch of issues and now this new management from Bell and maintenance crew including Alvaro has helped so much. Fixing doors and lights the other management didn’t do. They resolved the package issues for us. They try their best to keep the hallways clean. They changed the valet trash people to a new company that actually does their job. Seeing improvements every day. We do still have a Rollie Pollie bug issue but nothing too bad I’m sure they will have it resolved at some point.
Update: We’ve been here 8 months, still love the management. They do everything they can and are very responsive and I see improvements here and there but our unit is becoming unlivable. Rollie pollies are now becoming a roach and rat infestation no matter how clean we keep our unit, there are cracks around the apartment that are getting significantly worse every time I look at it. I would love to stay here solely because of management and maintenance, but I don’t think I can keep this up with issues I don’t think they can even solve.
