I waited to leave a review after I got settled in. I moved in the beginning of October and have been pleased with my apartment. I moved from a place down the street that cost way more and had way less amenities as well as an extremely bad roach problem. Since I have been at the Arts, it has been the complete opposite! I love my apartment. The community is quiet and clean overall. I needed my garbage disposal fixed after I moved in and it literally was fixed early the next morning. I put the work order in like midnight the night before so the response is quick to fix any issues. My kids love the playground, haven’t had a chance to use one of the pools since it’s cold now, but we have 4 to choose from and cant wait to. My apartment has all wood floors and I love it! I have 3 toddlers and to keep our home clean is way easier without carpet. I haven’t seen any roaches thank God! A fly is about as bad as it gets. We have big walk in closets I could sleep in. The laundry room is attached to the balcony so it doesn’t take up the kitchen space or apartment space. My tubs are nice and not painted over like my old place. I can actually sit and take a bath. The sinks are beautiful look like they’re out of a hotel. My apartment is just perfect. Let me just say this is not a paid advertisement and I am a very harsh critic. I really just love this complex and my apartment. The only thing I can complain about but not really because these things don’t bother me is that we are located by the highway so you can hear traffic when sitting on the balcony and the neighboring complex does throw parties with very loud music But they do end by midnight with the loud music. Other than that, it’s a great place to live. Especially with a family. I do see occasional dog poop when I walk through the grass, but that is not the managements fault, but the owners of the pets. I signed with Cindy who was Amazing and suggested the apartment I got which I am so happy for, and Santi has been great with answering any questions I have. The staff all in all are very thorough and forthcoming with information. The treatment overall is 10/10 especially coming from a different complex that was not very forthcoming and seemed like they didn’t care unless it was about their rent payments. I did a shorter lease because I didn’t know if I would like it here, but now I am definitely optimistic for renewing 😊
