I had an absolutely fantastic leasing customer service experience with Courtney! She is extremely attentive, helpful, kind and responsive - an all around gem. Courtney made the leasing experience so easy and stress free, making me feel at home before even moving in. She also did a great job helping sort out the moving logistics, making sure everything was in order for my move. I absolutely recommend leasing at the Armstrong with Courtney!

Don’t let all the five star reviews fool you. I should’ve written this a long time ago, but better late than never.
Been living here for over a year. Things wrong with this place:
1. I have never lived somewhere where the fire alarms go off so much. (They are going on and off as I am writing this.) They give many reasons/excuses why this happens. Not my first time living in a shared residential/commercial place and this was never an issue.
2. We have complained NUMEROUS times about our upstairs neighbors. Stomping, loud bangs, yelling. Occurring at all hours of the day. They asked for recordings in order to have proof and be able to fine them. Has it been fixed? Absolutely not. This place is built like a cardboard box.
3. Had cockroaches this past summer. They would come out of any room and up the drain in the shower (wish I was exaggerating).
4. The elevator censor is always broken. You have to scan your fob about 10 times before it works (if you’re lucky).
Overall, for the price you pay, it is absolutely not worth it. I don’t know where our rent money goes because this place seems to be falling apart by the minute.
The area is great, but this is a warning to all potential future residents.
Im sure there’s more, but you get the gist.

I’ve been a resident for almost 3 months, and I used to live in this neighborhood several years ago. The location, the units, the amenities, community manager – Brett, leasing representative – Courtney, maintenance – Malik and Larry, fellow residents, parking, neighborhood safety, and more are all wonderful and worth it.
The neighborhood is accessible to a grocery store, a trail, a main highway without hearing highway noise and traffic, coffee and retail shops and restaurants, and a gas station, all without crowds. It’s also safe with a guard in the evening, though I’m not that worried since there are enough people walking around. The units are aesthetic and open for individual residents’ design. The amenities are great, including a gym with machines and bikes that are useful and used, a pool and lounge area with seating that’s also often used but quiet, an outdoor putting green..yes!, multiple utility providers with easy set-up, and more. Brett gave me a comprehensive tour the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you! But more significantly, he was accessible the entire day and evening I moved in – new years eve. And is still overseeing everything, including the fire alarm situation. I actually discussed this with him, which is due to construction in the neighborhood. It was re-evaluated without alarms since then. Courtney, Malik and Larry have also always been thoughtful and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Though I haven’t had many needs! The parking garage is restricted to residents and separated from Trader Joe’s, but still easy to enter, exit, and park.
I lived in this neighborhood previously and toured at several apartment complexes in the neighborhood before choosing this one. Other benefits include that this is a smaller complex. Residents will greet each other in the elevator, hallway and dog park and some have gotten to know each other. Additionally, the parking entrance and exit is faster, and it’s not close enough to the highway to hear congestion on the balcony. My dog loves this place as well and the many other pups that live here - critical! Overall, highly recommend considering this neighborhood and this complex!
