Car break-ins, car damage is almost a daily thing at this place. My vehicle has been banged up in the back, my wifes car was vandalized , they broke her side mirror and tore off another. Today 09/08/25 3 vehicles that I know of, were missing all their tires. Well all but 1, one car had 3 tires left. Gate is always broken, NO SECURITY AT ALL. Something needs to be done about this. There are NO cameras in the garages. NONE! I have never seen a security guard (There needs to be one posted up at garage entrances. TO make sure anyone coming in has a permit or do not let them in! This is insane. The amount of cars that have been broken into since we moved in. One vehicle had its whole front windshield all mashed in. The sad thing is the amount that the rent is, the way they SELL the location when you do a tour. With what they get paid, they can afford security. But nope, all management will say is, "stay vigilant and blah blah blah, theres nothing they can do. WEll yes, there is. GET SECURITY! The property itself, if you walk down the halls, when its daylight, you can see the dust build up on each side of the floor next to the wall. It never gets cleaned. I've seen 1 person vaccum the hall, 1 time. And i dont even think it was done right. Dont get fooled by the nice looking units. There is more to the story at this location. They will not hesitate to remind you Rent is due, or stop flushing down wipes down the toilet. But will NOT do anything about the gates being broken. If its not the Gate, its the elevator . If its not the elevator, its the fire alarms blasting for 20 + minutes for hours on end. The main issue is Security. My suggestion, lock up the back gate AT NIGHT. and only allow entrance thru front (since that gate is always broken) and check each person coming in. Thats the only way you will solve this criminal activity that haunts its residents at this location. How would you like to come down to your car in the morning , ready for work and you walk and see this. Ridiculous.
