If you’re looking for overpriced rent, broken promises, and a daily game of “Will My Car Still Be Here in the Morning?” — this is your place. The “Two-Story” Gym Yes, technically there are two floors. No, that doesn’t mean two floors worth of equipment. The upstairs has a couple of sad, broken machines, and if more than 2–3 people show up at once, you might as well leave. Parking? More Like Tow-Truck Feeding Grounds Management told residents we could park in visitor spots because there aren’t enough spaces. Then they let the predatory towing company they hired haul off our cars anyway. I was towed multiple times— once while being in visitor per their instructions once for “not being registered” after I followed their exact registration process. They even admitted the first tow was their fault, promised reimbursement, and… surprise! Never paid me back. The tow trucks lurk around at 2–3 a.m. like vultures, and the leasing office’s “solution” to a full parking lot? Stay up until 3 a.m. and hope someone leaves. Security & Cleanliness Car break-ins are common. The elevator in Building 2 often has trash or smells like a public urinal. Trash piles up in stairwells. Loud music at 3 a.m.? No problem! Hallways reeking of weed? Management says “Not our issue.” Management & Communication Email them? They don’t respond. Need them in person? They’re “not available.” They change towing policies with vague emails that leave out crucial details like “Oh, by the way, you need to re-register your car or we’ll tow it again.” Got AC problems? In the middle of a Texas summer, they left me with no air for 4 days. Their “fix” was a single tiny portable unit that couldn’t cool a closet, let alone an apartment. This place charges premium rent for the privilege of broken amenities, zero security, and management that acts like residents are the problem. Even if you follow every rule, your car might still vanish in the night. If you value your sanity, your bank account, and your vehicle, run — don’t walk — away from this complex.
