I’ve lived in many apts , and 3 since I’ve lived in Texas, but this apt is def one of my top favs! I moved in Jan 2024, they didn’t have a downstairs with the back grass area, so we got a 2nd floor, the apts are 95 quite, I love the pool area, and this was our first Xmas at the apt, the office had a party for the residents, what fun we had, they gave out loads of gifts to the residents and also had yummy snacks!
The Maint, team are quick and always stop when I flag them down to ask a question! They never never complain they just stop and help me and keep it pushing. I would recommend anybody to live here and since I’ve been here, I have brought two friends over that have moved in since the one complaint that I would have is the trash service and the trash service is not even in the front offices control so that says a lot! Apt living is not always wonderful, but I’m extremely happy in my apt home and the managements open door policy makes me Feel confident that if I do have an issue that arises, they will handle it expeditiously if you are looking for a place that will give you a lot of bang for your buck. Saxon Woods is definitely a place to come.!!!

I just moved out a few weeks ago and it’s been a pretty disappointing experience the last few months. When I first moved in the pool always seemed to be closed for repairs. I even had my sister drive from Dallas only to find it was closed and there were no emails or notifications. It feels like a waste of money to be paying for facilities that can’t even be used. In fact I didn’t use our pool once the entire time I lived there. It was always closed for repairs the several times I wanted to use it. The maintenance tickets always got handled quickly which was great. But I couldn’t justify spending so much on facilities so I decided not to renew my lease. I gave my notice and got absolutely no confirmation or response. I ended up having to contact the property management company directly to get any kind of response form management. Some neighbors moved in the building next to mine and would blast music past 11 PM on week nights on their patio. And my neighbor across from me was constantly yelling and being verbally abusive over the phone or to someone who lived with him so loudly I could hear it through my living room wall. They advertised a look and lease special when I moved in but management was clueless when I asked about getting that credited upon move out. Thankfully they did accommodate but it was after exchanging numerous emails as the employee who handled my lease left shortly after I moved in. I left my apartment in move in ready condition (even my friends complimented on how nice it looked while helping me move out) and I still received a notification I owed a balance. I got absolutely none of my deposit back and when I reached out to management again for a statement of why I still owed a balance I again received no response. I went ahead and paid the balance since I don’t want to have to deal with collections. Overall the lack of communication of management, loud neighbors and pricey facilities without the benefit of being able to use them often was why I left.

I will give 5 stars for the maintenance guy Andoni. He’s very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. The quality of work was excellent.
I won’t give 5 stars for the Saxon Woods, because I believe they could keep the building corridor more clean. It passes months without any clean.

Originally moving in my partner and I loved this place. However over the past couple of months things have gone really downhill.
Multiple times our neighbors in the same building have gotten drunk and smashed their bottles outside. Nothing has been done besides glass getting cleaned up days later & only after reports got filed.
If you are looking for quiet this is not the place, several residents will leave their dogs outside on their balconies (lease violation btw) or outside in their small yards ALL NIGHT.
Trying to get the courtesy officer is a joke as well as trying to actually speak with any person. They have switched to a full AI system and it is NOT working. Whatever happen 4 months ago needs to be fixed because this is crazy.
Roaches have also started popping up & their "routine pest control" is a joke. Multiple times we've complained about the roaches and their response is always from the AI saying they submitted the order but nothing is actually getting done. If you live here currently I suggest stocking up on bug killer. There's also a decent false widow infestation going on.
Also making sure your car is registered is a big one because the towing company they have will damage your car. Look up Matador Towing & their lawsuit they lost.
Saxon Woods is starting to cut corners on their cost. I suggest looking else where before moving here. Hoping things get fixed soon.

Love my apartment but they make it impossible to speak to anyone. You call the resident number - no humans ever, only AI. Never a call back. I leave a message or an email, no response. Absolutely infuriating. They entered my apartment today without prior notice even though I requested when I moved in that I have to have notice since I have a dog that isn’t kenneled.
