Update 25Jun2025: The manager Rony, reached out to apologize regarding her leasing agents failure to follow up in a timely manner and delays. In top of that, she mentioned she has spoken with the Regional Manager and she granted me the “great offer” of Junes special of getting 2 free months of rent and apply them for my potential move in in July. I respectfully declined, I requested the $100 holding fee back since there is no way I can trust their empty words and fake promises. She said she will reached out to the accounting offices and send me an email yesterday (I am still waiting for the email). You can offer me 2 months free but so vague to just refund me my $100??? Another vague and false promise. Then reading through the reviews I found out this post (see attached image) of a similar situation. Should have read these reviews in the first place. It seems the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. —————————————————————————- While The Residences at Landon Ridge Apartments may look appealing on the outside and boast new, modern amenities, my experience with the leasing office was deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the start, communication was poor and full of misleading promises. After being encouraged to apply, I spent four days going back and forth with the staff—trying to get them to honor the originally promised rate. I paid a non-refundable $65 application fee, and a $100 holding fee, only to be strung along with vague answers and repeated delays. Even after my application was “approved” according to Nicole (even when is not true since the system says is still processing) I never received the lease as promised. Both Nicole and Veronica assured me it would be sent and that they’d call me to follow up. Neither happened. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I’ve been left completely in the dark. It feels like they lured me into applying just to collect a commission, with no real intention of following through. If this is the level of communication just during the application process, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get support as a resident. I strongly advise potential renters to proceed with caution⚠️
