The prose prominence team is simply awesome. They’re a small group of dedicated and caring people. Hailey and Omar at the leasing office are always friendly and willing to help. They don’t shy away from complex issues and always offer me support in a kind and appropriate manner. Lamar the maintenance guy is great. He probably can fix anything, even the very tricky ones. He’s got a can-do attitude, listens carefully and is more than willing to help whenever he can. I feel very safe and supported living in this community. Thank you, team!

If you are a disabled veteran or a peaceful ‘’mind there own business resident’ you may want to seek somewhere else, or atleast do your research. If you want to get fined, and mistreated, come to prose prominence here in Denton Texas. If you wanna clean your apartment and still get charged a cleaning fee come to prose prominence, if you wanna get locked out of your apartment and call the lockout number for prose prominence be prepared to be told they don’t and won’t help you unlock your doors. If you want ZERO transparency, and ZERO communication, except when they bill you, and try to make your life miserable, be my guest come to prose prominence. They will lie, and deny, anything I say in this review, but ask yourself everyone? Why would I spend time out of my day to write such a long review? For a simple lie or get back? Imagine you try to talk and be peaceful about a situation and instead of customer service, they grant/greet you with hostility. Make sure you leave a NOTICE 60 days before you move out, don’t just verbally tell them or sign documents that disappear, or better yet tell someone who you “think” you can trust that works for the leasing office. Document, record and make sure you get all the staff to write written and signed agreements for such actions. If not they will scam you like they scammed me. Be careful out there Denton residents.
