Mold!!!! I have been trying to get the apartment staff to come out to check on this in my kid's room. I have been told to submit my work order in the app but maintenance never came. When I call the office or send an email I feel like I'm getting the run around. I have experienced black mold in this apartment before and I feel like the previous management did was cover it up with paint. But at least they came out to expect the area after I contacted Fort Worth Code of Compliance. This is very unprofessional, careless, and unbelievable. Bad enough I already have to deal with loud stomping neighbors, scorpion in my apartment, trash in the hall, and the list can go on. Pictures attach shows my kid's wall by the windows and somehow the a/c unit outside is where the mold is at. Maybe they will check it out after seeing this review or maybe not.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a resident at Post Oak East Apartments long enough to witness its highs and lows, but the current situation has reached a level that is both unacceptable and unsustainable for the community. What should be a safe, stable home for families has become an environment where residents, including many who have lived here for years, feel pushed out.
The most urgent concern is the continued presence of mold in units, a serious health hazard that Texas Property Code §92.052 clearly states must be addressed promptly when it affects a tenant’s health and safety. Mold is not a cosmetic issue. It is a direct threat to the well-being of residents and can cause or worsen respiratory problems, especially in children and elderly tenants. Despite repeated requests for proper remediation, management has failed to resolve the problem in a timely or professional manner, forcing residents to live in unsafe conditions.
Equally troubling is the conduct of the on-site property manager, an African American female whose approach to residents has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of building trust and fostering a community, her behavior has created tension and driven away good tenants who have made this place their home for many years.
In addition to the safety, manager concerns, and roach infestation, new burdens are being placed on tenants and our guests. The recent contract with H4 Towing now requires visitors to pay five dollars plus a two dollar processing fee just to park. Many of our residents are on Section 8 or are low-income families, and these added costs make it even harder for friends and family to visit. It is disheartening to see management prioritize strict and costly enforcement over addressing the real problems affecting residents’ daily lives.
Rules and notices seem to appear almost weekly, yet the major issues go untouched. Over forty tenants have provided written statements documenting serious code violations and maintenance failures, from mold to structural problems, but these documented concerns have not been resolved. This pattern sends a clear message that management is more focused on enforcing revenue-generating rules than on maintaining a safe and livable community.
I am calling on corporate leadership and ownership to step in immediately. Address the mold and major roach problem with certified professional remediation, review the towing contract and visitor parking policy, and take swift action to ensure the on-site management treats every resident with dignity and respect. This is not only the legal obligation under Texas law but also a moral responsibility to the people who live here.
If these issues are not addressed, I will escalate this matter to the City of Euless Code Compliance, Tarrant County Health Department, the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and relevant tenant rights organizations, as well as inform the public through multiple review platforms. My hope is that ownership will act before more long-standing tenants, the very heart of this community, are driven away.

Post Oaks Eats is a mess. The new Mgr lady is very rude to everyone every time you ask for help, roaches everywhere like they are paying rent, and nothing ever gets fixed right. Tired of breathing in problems and getting excuses back. I’m packing up and moving ASAP can’t live like this no more. Now they are saying we have to pay to park and I can’t park my car in front of my garage front. This is pathetic. Do not move here this place is a mess and very miserable. The absolute worst place to live in Euless.
