Cushman took over management in June 2024 and I was not happy with the change for several months. The new manager started at the end of the year and I will say I would not have renewed my lease if it weren’t for Natalie. She is professional, kind, patient, and has been very helpful with any issues I have had. I’ve witnessed the challenges that she must be having being understaffed so often and she is always positive. As a former resident of Pear Ridge Apartments for two years (prior to the recent management change), I strongly urge you to reconsider moving in. Since Cushman & Wakefield took over, the property has experienced constant turnover in management—at least three different managers (Brianna, John, and another young woman whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) have come and gone, none lasting a full year.
There is someone named Natalie currently associated with the property, but she never formally introduced herself to residents, so I cannot confirm her role or involvement.
During my time there, the property added Valet Trash and Spectrum internet services. Since their introduction, residents—including myself—were consistently overcharged for both services. Despite multiple communications and admissions via email from the management team acknowledging these overcharges, no refunds were ever issued to any residents. I have email documentation to support this.
In my experience, this company operates with a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If you have any questions or would like to see the documentation, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to provide more details.
