I toured The Sophie recently and absolutely loved it! The property is beautiful—clean, modern, and you can tell it’s well taken care of. But what really stood out to me was the team. Alexa was amazing—so friendly and helpful during the tour. Jet, the manager, came out to say hi and was super welcoming. I also got to meet Justin and Gloria, and they were just as awesome. Everyone made me feel right at home. You can tell they really care about the community here.

I recently toured The Sophie in New Braunfels and had such a great experience! I was greeted warmly by Alexa, who gave me a thorough and informative tour. She made me feel right at home and answered all my questions with ease. Liz, the Community Manager, was incredibly helpful, and Jet, the Assistant, was so kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful and well-maintained—definitely a place I could see myself calling home! Highly recommend stopping by for a tour!

Absolutely love living at The Sophie! From day one, the team has made us feel right at home. Huge shout out to Jet and Alexa —they’re always so welcoming, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to take care of residents. Also want to recognize Justin from maintenance—he’s not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Anytime we’ve had an issue, he’s been on it right away. You really can’t beat the combination of great service, kind people, and a place that feels like home.

I currently moved in about a week ago, When I first went and looked at The Sophie, I fell in love with the property. with the amazing vanities, they have in the great atmosphere that I could feel as soon as I stepped in the leasing office. I got a tour by Veronica who is no longer there, but she was wonderful. I ended up working with Alexis and Liz and Jet and they were nothing but wonderful and answered all my questions. We had a bit of a rough road when it came to my end due to some past complications, but they were nothing but accommodating, and always made me feel welcome and always were there to help and accommodate. On how fast I had to move in. Since I’ve been I’ve had to put in a couple work orders nothing major little things that were easy to fix, but the maintenance staff Drew And the other guy can’t remember his name, but they are absolutely wonderful and get it done right away and always very communicative on when it will be done if they can’t get it done right away. if you were looking for a place to live in new Braunfels, this is the place to be. I love my new apartment and I love my new home. I feel so welcome thank you The Sophie apartments
