Update:
After months of unresolved issues, we officially moved out — not by choice, but after being given an ultimatum: accept a half-month rent concession for five months without a functional master bathroom, or leave. For over $2,600/month, that was unacceptable.
When we left, the master bathroom sink was still unusable. The granite countertop had been cracked during installation and never replaced, and plumbing was never reconnected.
Communication was poor the entire time. Madison Woods, the regional manager, never spoke to us directly — only passed messages through the building manager.
Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. We've been dealing with a persistent leak in our bathroom since December 28th, and despite numerous follow-ups, management has failed to provide a clear timeline for repairs. After weeks of back and forth, they finally admitted that replacing our bathroom cabinet would take up to 8 weeks from February 21st—meaning this issue won’t be resolved for nearly four months.
While the management’s response tried to make it seem like they were on top of things, the reality is far from it. Maintenance repeatedly forgot about scheduled repairs, failed to communicate timelines, and left us with an unfinished bathroom for weeks. We were also told that this kind of issue should be expected in a new development—completely dismissing the fact that we’re paying over $2,600 a month for what should be a fully functional apartment.
As compensation for all of this, they offered a measly $350 gift card or rent concession—less than 15% of one month’s rent for an issue spanning nearly four months. That’s insulting.
Yes, the toilet and shower technically work, but because they left the sink in the middle of the floor, the bathroom is practically unusable. We can’t properly use the space, and having guests over is out of the question. On top of that, with the prolonged water damage and delays, there’s a serious concern that mold could be growing—which is a potential health hazard.
At this point, I believe it’s best to involve a legal team to explore our options, as management has shown zero urgency in resolving this and continues to disregard our concerns.
The complete lack of accountability and respect for tenants here is shocking. If you’re thinking about moving here—don’t. Management does not take responsibility for their failures, and they certainly don’t value their residents. I deeply regret signing a lease, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Update – Now Both Bathrooms Have Issues
I posted yesterday about how my main bathroom has been unusable since December, forcing us to rely on our small guest bathroom. What I didn’t mention was that now even the guest bathroom is having ongoing issues—meaning both of our bathrooms are essentially out of order.
On February 5th, our guest bathroom started leaking. Maintenance came to “fix” it, but by February 10th, it was leaking again because they didn’t repair it correctly. And now, this morning (February 22nd), I woke up to find water all over the floor and under the sink, once again proving that they failed to properly fix the issue. Now we’re being forced to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink because neither bathroom is fully functional.
At this point, I have video proof of both bathroom issues, which I will be posting below. I’ll also be making a TikTok video so everyone can see just how bad the situation really is. And to be clear—these are just the bathroom issues. There have been multiple other problems with this complex that I will be addressing soon.
This is beyond unacceptable. Management has had months to resolve these issues, and instead of fixing things properly, they continue to provide temporary, half-done repairs that only make the situation worse. We are paying over $2,600 a month to live in a unit that doesn’t even have a working bathroom.
This place is an absolute joke. Avoid this complex at all costs.

Really trying our best to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it’s just not what we were expecting and it continues to send out red flags. I waited weeks to write this hoping it would get better because we do still have a little over a year here.
We had been set to move in for months and upon moving in we didn’t get proper key fobs, mail keys, and there was damage from that huge storm that had not been repaired in our unit. We had to ask staff for these, rather than just having this ready like any other apartment we have leased before. Albeit, they were quick to acknowledge our concerns, very concerning when we were communicative before our arrival time on move-in day.
The stoves also have an issue with the breaker box and turn off the first few uses. Rather than having this ready for us the months before we moved in we had to think our stove was broken for a night before we found out the next day that you needed to expect this. The communication here is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in a community. They just don’t answer until you have to go in person or be annoying via email.
In addition, there is not any type of courtesy officer, so if you work early hours or Monday-Friday, please be aware, “call 911” is what you’re going to get when you have neighbors playing loud music until 1AM in the courtyard on a Monday night. You can also hear DOWNSTAIRS neighbors walking around, so the building is obviously not the best built. Still have yet to see an email about the “quiet hours” that they said they would send out.
