I do not recommend. Leasing agent Morgan was amazing. HOWEVER the townhome was not move in ready. When I walked the townhome 1 day before move in the carpet was not cleaned, baseboards were all ruined, dented, stained, lifted and ruined. The railing going up and down the stairs had chipped paint, doors have dents, garage door has missing panels and not painted, clicker to garage not working. Knobs in shower loose, Laundry door wouldn’t close, refrigerator ice maker not working, vents not clean and fence looks terrible. I have a dog and I had to pay someone to come and fix the wood so my small dog would not escape. Cabinet knobs loose that had to get replaced/fixed after I moved in. Once I moved in the following day the carpets were still wet and maintenance painted the baseboards downstairs only and it looks terrible. However many issues will not be resolved or garage and fence will be replaced at the end of April (hopefully).
If you decide to lease make sure you document everything and take many pictures and possibly have a lawyer ready. I hope this does not happen to anyone else as this has caused so much unnecessary stress especially after having surgery 3 weeks prior. Will leave a review once lease is up in 15 months.

At button is a picture of where I am parking 🙃 for 1+ week because my garage door don't open.
Our Ac is down for 3 weeks.

Had an appointment set up with Morganne Underwood for a tour, verified the appointment a couple days before, and received an email the day of tour as a reminder. No call no show for tour, office is non existent. Not even responding to my messages. This is an indication of poor management and poor customer service. Called the supposed the number and all options to leave a message.
Update/response: If you look at other recent reviews will see the same issues. This is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved and continuing to occur. Hence, poor management and poor customer service. I have yet to receive a call back or anything from management. I would avoid this place at all costs!

I had an apartment tour schedule for 3:30. I arrived to the property on time just to find out that there is no office located on site and I in fact needed to go to the Oaks Riverchase for my appointment. There was no prior information that indicated this would be the case and when I called the number listed on the door to inform them that I might be a little bit late due to this oversight the number was disconnected.
It was a 5-minute drive to the Oaks Riverchase and when I arrived at the office I was informed that there is no apartment available to show and due to there only being one person working in the office at the moment they couldn't show me anything anyway. Furthermore I was informed that they only show the one apartment available for rent on select days. Mind you I went through the estates website to schedule this appointment for this day and faced no issues or information that would tell me that the apartment would be unavailable otherwise. The individual in the front office offered to show it to me another time however I scheduled an appointment because I have select availability during the week and I have other apartments to tour as my weekly schedule has filled up.
To add insult to injury this is not the first issue I've had with this company in this location. Earlier last week I toured the Oaks Riverchase and was left less than impressed at the condition of the facilities. While I was there a resident came to the front office to complain of groundskeeping blowing rocks toward cars in the parking lot dinging and scratching the vehicles. My suggestion is until management turns over or gets their act together stay far away from this apartment as well as the Oaks Riverchase.
And if you really want information on this apartment I would suggest reading the reviews of the Oaks Riverchase being that they are owned by the same people and they share maintenance.
