I have lived here since fall of 2024.
There have been two management companies since my lease began. Maintenance requests have been delayed for weeks, even months, since day one. My front door has never had its electric key pad replaced, after MULTIPLE reports to the front office, which creates an obvious safety issue… my front door has needed its weather stripping replaced for months, also multiple reports filed and no one has come to fix it. The torn weather strip creates an easy way for small pests to come into my apartment. The entrance to my building constantly smells like urine due to other tenants letting their pets pee on the sidewalks or into the wood chips by the doors instead of taking their pets to the dog park or grass areas.
Specifically the maintenance requests, they are very simple requests that have never been resolved even after new management has been notified. If they cannot fix simple requests as the ones above I cannot imagine how other tenants are being treated.
There is a very high rotation for the office representatives, like they can’t keep the same people working here (which may speak volumes to what is going on behind the scenes) and this may be why my requests keep getting lost.
I don’t blame them at all, as they are kind, but I do question upper management.
Regardless, If you would like to come home to the overwhelming smell of urine and have your maintenance requests be ignored - sign your lease here.
Also, if you have pets please be aware there is only one entrance to the dog park and in front of that small entrance are 6 large bushes that attract swarms of bees. You are not able to enter the dog park without risking yourself or your pet being stung.

Finding an apartment is usually a stressful and overwhelming process, but working with Sabra (community manager) completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, she treated me with genuine care and attention, listening closely to my needs and making sure every detail was addressed. Her knowledge of the property and her craft made the entire process smooth and worry-free.
What stood out most was Sabra’s warm personality and her true motivation to help me find not just an apartment, but a place I can call home. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision, turning what could have been a nightmare into a positive experience.

I have lived here for well over a year now and have had an incredible experience, especially since the change of management in June! The units and facilities are beautiful, maintenance is diligent, the staff is so kind, and they are constantly improving things around the property! We have a new gate system, trash system, and they are updating the greenery around the property to make it even more appealing. Love living here and will be sad to leave!

I went in to view the property and my apartment & I loved it. I literally don’t understand the bad reviews. The property is well maintained and the office staff was so nice. Karen the property manager was so nice and beyond helpful. She explained the process to me thoroughly and gave me an amazing understanding. I have been working with Savannah through my application process and she was very informative. The apartment was very clean, modern and sleek. I love the up to date appliances. Karen did inform me that they’ll be leaving soon and there will be a new staff which is unfortunate. Please don’t believe the bad reviews go and take a look for yourself as I did. People get upset and post false information all of the time.
