After 18 years in the same apartment, I
decided it was time to move. My first introduction to the staff was a bright young lady named Ana. She popped out of her chair, came around the desk and introduced herself. I told her what my requirements were and she took me to see a model. All the while she showed it to me she was talking about the amenities of the community , the amenities of the apartment, and the property security.
The complex has a very well equipped workout room in the same building as the staff. The apartments were completed last fall (2024) so very up to date. At no time was there any aggressive sales talk , simply, what did I think. I left feeling very good about the entire encounter.
Miss Ana communicated by email the next day with a complete break down of all up front costs involved and that there was an incentive to sign by the end of May. I accepted the offer. Ana walked me through the process and cheerfully answered all my questions. I am an older guy, and at no point did I feel pressured or manipulated. I have had occasion to speak with different members of the staff and they all made me feel I was a valued customer.
Honestly, from me, 5 stars for Ana, 5 stars for the amenities in the apartment.

We have been out of our apartment since January 17, 2024, due to water pipes bursting from poor insulation. Our ceiling in our apartment was damaged so badly that it caved in, causing damage to our apartment and especially our furniture. Since being displaced, Napa Oaks has been unhelpful. They left us displaced, with nowhere to go. It was all thanks to our renters' insurance for getting us a hotel so we had a roof over our heads. Our renters' insurance has paid over $11,000 in hotel expenses since we were displaced. We are supposed to move back in this upcoming week, but have been attempting to get ahold of the office since last week with no answers. This has been an ongoing issue! Communication seems to be lacking at the office, especially since this started. Our apartment should have already been repaired, and we should have already had the all-clear to move back in, yet here we are on 3/26/2024 still displaced. This apartment is built cheap, the insulation in the walls is cheap and almost non-existent. I have put out a lot of money to cover the loss of being displaced and all the things that were damaged in the pipe burst, I’m now in financial hardship due to this and behind on bills due and in desperately hoping they give us some assistance in regards to the matter. And hope that we can get back into our home as soon as possible as our hotel is up and we are going to be homeless.
