The transition to the new management company has been incredibly disappointing. Of the multiple management teams I've experienced while living here, this one has been by far the least effective. Simply a low-budget staff, for lack of a better term. Since their takeover, they’ve eliminated long-standing groundskeepers and front office staff who played a vital role in maintaining the property’s quality and efficiency. As a result, service standards have deteriorated significantly.
Maintenance requests, which once took a day or two to complete, now take weeks. Additionally, the attitude and professionalism of the new front office staff leave much to be desired. The level of service has declined so drastically that it appears the new hires lack the experience and knowledge necessary to manage the property effectively.
Due to these ongoing issues and the noticeable decline in overall management quality, I have decided not to renew my lease.
**Editing to add: It is also very convenient how many reviews have been posted in the last month compared to the rate at which reviews were left prior to this company’s takeover—almost as if these recent reviews were incentivized.**

I was truly disappointed and emotionally affected after my recent visit to Mastang Station for a scheduled tour. Despite arriving on time for my pre-booked appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour by the front desk staff.
What was even more upsetting was the behavior of a staff member, who treated me with a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect. I couldn't help but feel that perhaps it was because I didn’t speak with the same English accent as he did. His attitude and behavior were condescending, and it left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and self-conscious.
By the end of the tour, I felt completely disrespected and emotionally drained. Based on this experience, I would not recommend considering an apartment at Mastang Station. And looks like the front staff doesn’t want to do their work.

For 7 years, I have resided at this property and so far, it has been a positive experience. The management and front-line staff were always professional and prompt in their responses to messages and maintenance requests. However, the current management is extremely poor, especially the new Assistant Manager - she lacks professionalism and fails to communicate respectfully with tenants. In the past, maintenance would typically respond to requests within 24 hours and often on the same day. My most recent request took them 10 days and I had to contact the office daily just to receive a response. I find this new management team to be incompetent and I wouldn't mind if they were replaced with a better team.
