UPDATED 6/18/25 I complained about the barking dogs, and loud speakers through an email I was given, and Geneva from Westdales response was to not help the situation at all but to then try to find things they can fine me for instead of just fix the issue. They then lied to my mother when they spoke to her saying “we have had MULTPLE complaints that were so serious we brought them up to upper management” It was ONE full length email containing my complaints. not multiple all day everyday like you are making it out to be. This issue is very easy to resolve they just don’t want to resolve it. Retaliating when your tenant asks for help or their rights is down right mean and borderline criminal, it sends a clear message what you think of your tenants, and trust me westdale, I don’t think very highly of any of your tenants either so I guess I agree with you all in hating the people you rent to! - I took VIDEO documentation and multiple photos of the noise issues, they were dismissed and ignored you even said “if I can find out who it is you are talking about” As if I did not provide exact apartment information, times and dates of every incident. What else more do you want me to do? You called me on the phone and did not once mention the noise. Same in person in office with my family, 0 mention, just wanted your $75. Haha. This is the worst apartment i’ve lived in from the people that live here, to how management CHOOSES to handle situations. Everyday I come home I literally CANNOT wait to move out of here I’ve been looking for every legal reason to move and have been trying to get a tenant lawyer do address the noise to see if I can break lease early, Seems they wanted to break my lease early anyways trying to evict me over complaining about noises. First review: reviews are right avoid this place. it’s really hard to start my working life living here as a single person, it’s become almost unlivable at times where I have to leave periodically. Will start with it’s very loud, and not because of cars, because of thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors. My next door neighbor has a constant subwoofer going with his movies and thudding music all night I have complained before and he gives it a few weeks then does it again, there is a REAL issue with dog control at this place, both downstairs neighbors have 0 control over their dogs barking and let them out on a rope. The noise is so loud it seriously drives me crazy and i’ll have to leave for periods of time. there is next to no insulation and the yes the ac/heat does have issues and is loud/old. I honestly can’t believe i’m paying what i’m paying every month for this experience, it at all worth being next to a low end par 3 golf course that’s more of a walking trail for locals than a course. I feel like they try to sell you hard on the fact you are “next to a golf course”. The office people and staff are fine I guess i’ve had no issues with them it’s just a horribly managed place. I cannot see these buildings lasting another 5-10 years these next few years are about it. My floors cave in slightly, the whole unit is tilted, and the balcony as some crazy tilt too. As everyone else has said, stay far from this place for you and your families sanity and sake.
