I was going to wait until I received my finally email about my account being settled before I left a review but at this point I’m just ready to be done with them. The apartment itself was very spacious but it was just me in a 2bd 2br The setup was nice and I really did enjoy my apartment except for the peeling tub and sink. But that wasn’t a big deal to me. And eventually they repainted over it which still peeled but hey I used bath mats so I really didn’t care. I can’t say I had a problem with maintenance the 3.5 years I stayed there. Whatever I needed something fixed I put a work order in and it did get dealt with within a timely matter. They did have a problem with thief of packages for awhile last summer but that was a isolated period and they did start a watch meeting soon after. I worked nights so I hated to be bothered 100% of the time and the noises from lawn care always piss me off but that couldn’t be helped. Parking was extremely bad and over the years they took open parking spots and numbered them so basically if you wasn’t paying extra you was just outta luck. I can’t say pest was a problem for my unit but I did put a notice in once or twice when I would see two to three roaches in my unit within a week time. But honestly that was because whenever new tenants moved in so did the roaches…. The pest control never came in to spray but they had to do something since I wouldn’t see them after. The complex was always quiet but towards the end of my stay I’ve seen a lot of younger adults moving in so it got a little noisy at times. The only issue I had was with the lady Maria in the office. She was very rude every time she knocked on my door but honestly I’m a little mean and direct myself but I still don’t like her attitude. Oh and I hated the fact the water bill was attached to the rent which was outrageously high for one person. But besides that I had a good experience in my apartment and people keep to themselves so that was a plus.
