We have lived in this building for eight years now and absolutely love it! We cannot imagine living anywhere else! The staff is one of the main reasons we haven’t left yet: Stephanie is always so friendly every time we see her! She is always making sure we have everything we need. Monica and Lidia are always so helpful with any legal or lease details we may have. The maintenance gentleman, Sal and Jose, are absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable on all things home related. We can’t forget about the monthly resident events! Those are the cherry on top! Keep up the amazing work!

Lived in two different units so far, we noticed that the in-unit hallways are on the long side but otherwise the units are nice. If anything isn’t wonderful, the engineering team Jose and Salvador are great at fixing and communicating. For all non-service related inquiries, Stephanie is always easy to talk to and has great hospitable energy.

I have lived in this building for 4 years, across a few different floor plans. I loved my time at Miro!
Pros:
- Decent price: For a high end building in a good location, the price is pretty solid.
- Great location: Walking distance to Klyde Warren, American Airlines Center, Downtown, and much of Uptown. Also, the grocery store is right across the street. I rarely had to use my car living here, and honestly can't think of a better situation location in town
- Solid amenities: The pool is great. Grills are kept clean. The gym isn't huge, but has enough equipment where I felt comfortable quitting my gym membership
- Great staff: The front desk and leasing office were kind and helpful - I had one negative interaction I can remember in 4 years here. I didn't have a ton of maintenance requests, but when I did they were always very responsive
The downsides are all pretty minor:
Cons:
- Pool sunlight: Due to the building layout, the pool loses sunlight pretty early (around 3PM). While the shade can sometimes be nice on a hot summer day, it would be nice if the pool had sunlight for longer
- Floor plans: I've lived in the A1, A4, and A7 units. While I liked them, they each had small hallways before the space really opened up. This eats into the square footage a bit and contrasts with other apartment layouts I've seen. The living spaces for the A4 and A7 were laid out in such a way that I couldn't really fit a full-sized couch into either of them. It's not that the units felt small, but the space didn't always feel that it was used in the best way
- Guest parking: While it's pretty nice that guest parking is even an option (it's like $2 to let a guest park, which I think is fair given the location) the website is a bit time consuming to use. It's a pain to need to enter a guest's full information and license plate every time they want to stop by. A few years ago they had a system that was easier to use
All in all, it was a great 4 years, and I will miss this place
