Maintenance was always quick. The apartments are located in a convenient location. But front desk is barely working sometimes (at least 10 times) there wasn’t anyone at the front desk during business hours. One worker is incredibly rude at times. As a business owner the offices was one of the reasons I moved there. They used to be open at 9 now they don’t open until 10am. The pool was neither regularly cleaned or maintained. If you don’t care about customer service it’s a good place. I think for what they charge they should offer better customer services. Also the club house not being open on the weekend is disappointing. There was a leak above our apartment they didn’t take any measures to dry it out or prevent potential mold but just painted over it, which was very concerning.

During my move in process, I encountered a few issues and concerns. But I was impressed by Assistant Property Manager Brianna Leffall’s professionalism and genuine concern for her residents, she personally helped me resolve a maintenance issue late at night while she was home.
From the moment I approached with my concerns, she listened patiently and took immediate steps to resolve the issues efficiently. We all know moving can be very stressful.
Her commitment was evident in how she ensured a smooth move-in, even responding to emails and reaching out after hours. It's not often you find someone in a management role who combines leadership with such genuine care for residents.

We loved the cleanliness of the unit itself and appreciate the quick assistance from the maintenance team. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly pre and post move in. Minor inconveniences such as appliances not working properly or a broken latch on the gate to our private yard, however maintenance was amazing to respond and notate all issues we had. Front staff was amazing in terms of following up with us and it was much appreciated. So far so good, we understand there will always be hick ups when moving into a new place and are grateful to all staff with our experience.

Lived here since Nov of 2023. Good experience overall. Maintenance requests handled in a timely manner, property is clean, quiet, in a great area of town. Staff is friendly and attentive to my needs or requests. Only complaint is when it was time to renew my lease they wanted to raise my rent $50 a mo, I saw another larger unit on the property for the same rate, I opted to transfer. Then I noticed on the website my apartment I was currently in that they were going to raise the rent, they were now offering for $200 a mo less than what they offered an already established tenant that had always paid on time. Plus 6 weeks free.., I found this frustrating and that an established tenant wasn’t at least offered the lower rate that they are willing to offer a new tenant.
Overall, I have really enjoyed living at this complex and been happy with both of my apt units here.

I don't care I will say it. I dont like Leesa or the front office staff, they are lazy, rude and won’t ever respond to your emails or calls. They apparently doing tours all the time but we have self guided tours. I wouldn’t recommend living here I been here for over a year and the 1st year was good until they started lying about stuff also how can you use your amenities when the office/clubhouse is closed on the weekends. When are you supposed to use the private rooms during the weekday before 5:30 (btw they leave before 5:30 to avoid tenants) I think these apartments they look decent at first but they are super old and the walls and ceiling prove it they tried to remodel but it’s not a good job at it. They have all these fees they add on to the rent like $75 for some trash WiFi just let us pick our own WiFi just ways for them to up charge you. Maintenance is also very lazy and I have heard some horror stories about some of them.
