One of the best apartments I've ever lived in! Staff is almost always available when you call and are very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is top-notch and reasonably quick! I lived in building 1 on second floor For about 3 years. This review will give a detailed summary of my experience. Moving experience was very smooth with little to no issue. Staff was very accommodating and helpful in the application process. Apartment was in good condition when moving in. Day-to-day life in the apartment was awesome ! it was extremely rare to have water shut off for Emergency rep repairs. The water was shut off three or four times Due to emergency leaks without immediate notice during the 3 years I was there. Water was always back on within an hour. If maintenance or repair was ever done in the apartment was always given 24 to 48 hours ahead of time. Maintenance would never leave a mess after doing work of any kind. Never ran across many pests. Pest control was top notch rarely finding any type of bug. Amenities were amazing! Never had any issues. It is a gated apartment complex with that said the gate was almost never broken. Whenever the gate would break it was down less than 24 hours at most times. Longest it was broken was a weak. The only time it was broken longer than that was when somebody ran over the gate. Neighbors, every neighbor I ran across was super nice ! Personally never had any issues with any noisy neighbors but I know that varies depending on Trent tenants. Staff is also very helpful in irregular situations. During my last winter there there was a freeze which froze a fire sprinkler. Water flooded the apartment and the fire department recommended I stay elsewhere until they could determine it was safe. I recommend getting additional insurance besides the one the Apartments provide in case of situations like this so the insurance can pay for a hotel. Stayed in the hotel for about a week or so before everything was resolved. At the end of the lease I was not held responsible for any damages caused by this irregular situation. Move out Relatively smooth process. I did schedule a walk-through before moveout to verify place was suitable and if there would be any charges. All charges seemed reasonable such as touching up paint and cleaning stove (I tried my best lol) Keep in mind they offer a special move out package and they clean it for you. I don't remember the cost but if you're curious ask them about it. My reason for moving out was getting a roommate and rent cost increased too much . As of this review rent seems to be increasing everywhere dramatically and here is no exception. If I could've afforded it I would've stayed and paid the extra rent due to my experience. Short term or long-term I highly recommend Mira Loma Apartments! If I get the opportunity to move back I will! They have outshined every Apartment I've ever had! Thank you to the entire team at Mira Loma Apartments Hope to be back one day!
