i am TIRED. i have had a decent experience living here, up until 2 months ago when my ac first went out. i put in a request & they fixed it by adding freon. fast forward to last month and beginning of this one, it went out 4 more times now. their solution? more freon. i wrote a note, stuck it on the utility door (bc they keep it all under lock and key in the apt where the resident can’t access it themselves) stating that it didn’t need more freon because they just put it in less than 2 weeks ago & 2 weeks prior to that. unfortunately, my note was completely disregarded by maintenance because they once again just added freon to the system. also, my bedroom is ALWAYS hot, no matter what the thermostat is set at. i had higher hopes when the property manager called me stating she’d have the maintenance guy come get it figured out, unfortunately that didn’t happen. my electric bill is so high bc my ac just does not stop running, even when it reaches the correct temp. i’ve complained to the property owners & got absolutely no response, nothing is being done properly at the property level so my only resort was to make it public (unless they want me to take the legal route). i shouldn’t be sitting in an 75°-80° apartment every day when my thermostat is set at 70°-73°. this isn’t even peak summer yet and im sweating while sitting in my apartment at 8 o’clock at night.
they came by again tuesday to fix it bc it had once again stopped cooling. i wrote on my work order that there was some kind of leak and to not put freon in, instead they just added more freon so im sure i will be making ANOTHER request next week.

I would not live here again. Management does not honor their word. A concession was paid late, they never paid the referral fee, and never responded about a noise issue I had at all hours of the night. I recommend others to go find a property that communicates better about the important matters, (instead of the childish contests) and honors their word.

Not a family friendly apartment. There is always someone smoking in the hallway, patio and every other public area. There is dog feces/poop everywhere, try taking a walk and not steping on poop. They constantly add random fees to your rent with no prior notice. The doors to the apartment are constantly broken so anyone can get in . Dogs always barking. Roaches. Millennium place apartments went downhill very fast. Just moved a few weeks ago and I am already looking for another place.

I am thrilled to share my experience living at Millennium Place Apartments and to express my gratitude for the exceptional support I received from the staff, especially Assistant Manager Tailor Williams and Leasing Consultant Leeandrea.
I first moved into Millennium Place in 2021, and after renewing my lease, I moved out in August 2023. However, my return in March 2024 felt like coming back home, largely due to the incredible service and kindness shown by Tailor and Leeandrea. Tailor consistently goes above and beyond for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring that we feel valued and supported. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the residents.
I've witnessed numerous managers come and go, but Tailor stands out as someone who truly connects with the community. My neighbors often voice their wish that Tailor would be the manager, as she embodies all the qualities we look for in leadership. Her friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge, and eagerness to help make her the ideal candidate for a managerial position. I am confident that under her leadership, the apartment complex would thrive like never before.
Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning staff who maintains the cleanliness of our community. The hallways and common areas always smell fresh and inviting, and the building one elevator is particularly delightful with air freshener smell in the mornings.
Lastly, I must commend the maintenance team, who are incredibly responsive to work orders. I’ve never experienced issues that weren’t addressed promptly, often within hours, and certainly no longer than 48 hours for non-emergencies.
Thanks to Tailor, Leeandrea, and the entire team at Millennium Place, my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful.
