Update: Maple at Med refunded my security deposits.
Please make your own judgment, after reviewing the supporting photos. They didn’t refund my security deposit, and still haven’t provided the photos of holes, they charge me for. You may find other reviews, where people reviewed its hard to get the deposit back. I lived in this apartment for about 4 yrs and kept the apartment clean. I sweeped and mopped the floor and every week as i like my surroundings clean. Apart from below charges, they have misplaced our security deposit, luckily we have a copy of our agreement, which states our total deposit.
I moved out last week but leasing team is charging $700. See below breakdown and photos.
$150 entire unit not cleaned: see photos, i took before i left. I Sweeped, and wipped the closets, mirror, fridge, counter tops.
$150 for nail holes: I never made hole, the only thing i had thumb pin to hang poster. And on thier lease agreement they say they allow thumb pins.
$175 Damage charges: see photos of counter tops.
$225 Carpet Replacement: After 4 yrs of living in this apartment, the carpet will get off color and should be normal wear and tear.

The maintenance team on site is wonderful, they are both very polite and complete orders very quickly. My dryer broke during Memorial Day weekend, and was quickly replaced that Tuesday as soon as staff was back on site, thanks Warren!
During my 3 year stay maintenance orders are always complex quickly, usually within the same day. So thanks guys, we appreciate you!

If you move here be sure to move in building 1. I’m in building 2 and it’s dam near like project living. Dirty stairway and elevator. I put in a pest control twice and both times they marked completed without ever coming to my unit. The management team are nice people. However, I feel whoever is in charge should reallocate funds from the inoperable gate and security that just sits in their car all night and put that in paying a cleaning service to clean the buildings regularly. Maybe do a better job of screening applicants. Within the last 60 days they have been a few move ins and they are bringing more than residents with them.

Agree with latest post by Jacob. I resigned here and moved to a different floor in the second building for my new lease. I really regret it. The hallways and staircases look and smell horrible. Someone dropped eggs in the stairwell back in November and they still have not cleaned the staircase. The yolk just rotted into the stairs. Then, today someone's dog pooped in the stairwell (obviously, on the owner for not cleaning it up). However, when I called the leasing office, they said that maintenance couldn't do anything until Monday. That's 48 hours of dog poop just marinating in the Texas heat. And come Monday, I am sure they are just sending someone to sweep it up NOT actually clean the stairwell or power wash it. It has not been done in the 1+ year I've lived here. As far as hallways go, I don't think there's a set schedule for how often it's swept (dead roaches or trash will be in the hallway over the course of several nights) and I have never seen it mopped. There's weird brown stains all over the wall and I know they repainted the first floor but that was weeks ago and I have not seen any attempts made for the rest of the building. If you are looking to lease here, be wary. They only show the model unit on the first floor on tours and thats the only floor regularly taken care of. It's a shame since Aneley in the leasing office is really nice and the reason I re-signed but it truly is already a hassle to have guests come (callbox doesn't let them in, you have to physically go down and get them) and embarassing to have them walk through the hallway OR take the stairwell.
