Homeless sleeping inside the pool area 8 am 7.20.25
For your own sanity, please do not move into this apartment. Just got off the phone with the staff and even though I have a busted washer and dryer, I was told nothing can be done until Monday because Maintenance had gone for the day which is earlier than the business hours of the building. I asked them why they left early and I was told they come in early, but I find it fascinating that they come in early and leave early and nothing here is done. There’s absolutely zero security in this building. The garage gates are never functioning and let people in at random whether they are residents or not. Not one single ‘locked’ door In the entire garage actually works. In fact, I think some of the doors are missing altogether, allowing anyone to gain entry and walk the halls. Abandoned cars are scattered throughout and residents refuse to throw trash down a garbage chute when they can just leave it right next to it instead. Every hallway smells like weed despite a ‘no smoking’ policy. The only good thing is the units are actually halfway decent, but the headaches of living here are just not worth the high prices they charge. Save yourself the stress, I beg you.

I’ve had such a great experience with LaShanda as my leasing manager. She’s been incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents here. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, she’s handled it with patience and professionalism.
What really stood out to me is that she listens and works with you instead of against you. That kind of understanding and follow-through makes all the difference, and it’s not something you find everywhere. I genuinely appreciate her for being someone I can count on.

This “Luxury” apartment complex is a joke. I lived here for over a year. The elevator has been broken the entire time I have been here. They fixed it when tours were busy so that they look good and after touring season it was broken again and remained broken. The gate for the garage is ALWAYS broken. They have stopped attempting to fix it. It has been broken for 13/15 months I have been here. They had security in the beginning but then fired them for some reason and now there is a “courtesy officer” who walks around, does absolutely nothing, and goes missing for the majority of the day. Our car got robbed, we witnessed someone jacking a car up and stealing their catalytic converter. There are constantly homeless people and people who just don’t live there, walking around looking into cars and it takes us calling the police for something to get done. They don’t have cameras in the garage or the hallways. Someone was murdered 3 apartments down from me. The market downstairs is never stocked and at one point they locked out all tenants because everyone kept stealing. Our packages have been stolen multiple times. Our groceries have been stolen.
The maintenance responds in a timely manner but that is probably the only good thing this complex has done. This is NOT a luxury apartment and NOT worth the ridiculous amount they charge.

This complex has been nothing but a nightmare. Aside from ongoing safety hazards and poor living conditions, the management team has withheld legally protected mail — including an insurance claim check I was owed after a car accident. Instead of forwarding it or contacting me, they used the excuse that “someone else has moved in” as a reason to block access to funds that are legally mine.
Let’s be clear: withholding someone’s mail is a federal offense under U.S. law and they seem either unaware or unwilling to follow that law.
On top of that, the property is full of unresolved hazards — from broken gates, unsafe stairwells, and trash overflow to faulty lighting that makes the complex feel unsafe after dark. Requests for help are either ignored or delayed to the point of being useless.
If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. Poor accountability, unsafe conditions, and clear signs of mismanagement make this place a serious risk. I’ve already filed complaints and wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe or professionally run community. Let alone there have been multiple shootings that were never notified to residents. This has caused multiple fearful moments on my part as well as been non resolved and swept under the rug.

I am a Realtor and called this property a few times over various days to try and schedule a tour. My client was in town last minute and I was only able to book a self-guided tour, which I later found out is only of the first floor (not with any property staff). Also, I was told I had not booked a self-guided tour although I definitely do have email confirmation of a self-guided tour for July 8th at 3:30pm.
After walking in for the self-guided tour with my client, we decided to wait for a leasing agent and see if someone would be able to show us around. The assistant manager Laura greeted us and was able to show us the model 1 bedroom. To be honest, it was a strange experience and not one I have ever had in an apartment building.
As she led us to the model, I stepped into a few lounge areas to take a look and was quickly told that was the wrong way. Any staff member that mentions the process of trespassing on private property while they are showing a potential tenant, especially when they have not shown all amenities that would be necessary to see in order to sign a lease, is a major red flag. We had come to see finish-out, the amenities, and most importantly how the property is kept, which should be important to any potential tenant - not to be told about the process of trespassing and how their security works. Mind you, we did not ask to go to another floor and only asked to see amenities.
Laura did not give us any solutions to being able to see any amenities (I.e. figuring out when a leasing agent would be available, what day we could come back to tour, giving verbal descriptions, etc). She did not know where the gym was and frankly it was a waste of time for my client and I. When asked about fees associated with applying and how much recurring fees were, we were told everything was online (not all relevant information is posted online and questions should be answered by staff). My client stated he prefers physical documentation and there was no offer to print materials to meet his needs. All of this to say, not only is my client turned off from this property, I will keep this property as the last stop for any of my clients. I hope there can be better customer service training in order to make a more desirable environment for any prospective tenant.
