We lived here for about a year, and while there are definitely some positives, there were also a few frustrating experiences.
Parking was a consistent issue. We paid for a reserved spot, but other people would park in it regularly. It wasn’t something we wanted to make a big deal out of, but at the end of the day, we paid for that convenience and should’ve been able to use it without hassle.
On top of that, during our very first month here, my boyfriend’s car was stolen directly from the lot. Because of that, we felt forced to pay extra for parking in the garage just for peace of mind. This also made us feel less safe about the location.
Tow truck can be very strict & with little visitor spots available. Be sure to have your guest register their cars.
On the bright side, the location is really convenient — right by the highway and close to plenty of grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants. The pool and leasing office is very nice & the gym is a good size but not open 24/7.
Overall, this isn’t a bad place to live, but considering the price, the experience could have been better!

I have to express my frustration with Kessler Apartments, specifically regarding the total lack of adequate parking. When we first moved in, we were excited about our new home, but that excitement quickly faded. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare. It's evident that the management did not consider the parking-to-apartment ratio when building this complex.
There are simply not enough spaces for the number of residents, which leads to constant circling in hopes of snagging a spot—sometimes for over 15 minutes! On many occasions, I've had to park several blocks away, and it feels somewhat unsafe walking back late at night.
The few spots available are often taken by guests or residents with multiple vehicles, leaving newcomers and those with families scrambling for a place to park. It’s frustrating and downright annoying to pay rent for an apartment but be constantly unhappy about where to park my car.
If you're considering moving here, be prepared for a daily battle over parking. I sincerely hope they reevaluate their parking policies and make necessary adjustments, as this has been a major drawback to an otherwise pleasant living experience.

The parking situation at The Kessler is terrible. There are simply not enough spots for the number of residents living here. It’s a daily struggle to find parking anywhere close to the building, and guest parking is basically non-existent.
It’s incredibly frustrating to come home after a long day and have to circle the lot or park far away. Management seems aware of the problem but hasn’t done anything meaningful to fix it. For what we’re paying, this should not be an issue.
If you have a car, I seriously recommend thinking twice before signing a lease here.

My boyfriend and I have relocated here 3 months ago and I wfh full-time. I will say the apartment is very new and clean, we are on a higher floor so no bug issues. However, I think there may be a foundation issue since the bathroom door suddenly doesn't fit the frame. We don't close it often and nothing obstructs it or hangs from it, but I went to close it to eliminate echoing and it doesn't close. Parking is horrid. We share a car and struggle to find parking at nights and on weekends. They nickel and dime for parking spots, when I feel like every unit should come with one spot. Many times we have to park on the street. The pool does not have hours so kids/people will be out screaming and splashing all day a night. Because of this I wouldn't necessarily recommend an apartment in the main building. Walls/floors/ceilings are extremely thin. We can always hear neighbors and people in the hall. It's also one of those neighborhoods that force the "convenience fee" to pay online yet take no other forms of payment. Gate button never opens the right side either. This neighborhood is definitely just ok. Cute aesthetics, but probably won't renew.

Believe the reviews when they say the parking situation is terrible. Management failed to factor in the unit:parking spot ratio and many residents are left without adequate parking options. I don’t even think there are any paid reserved spaces available to rent either.
Also, we are forced to pay a monthly amenity fee, but the pool, grills, and outdoor rec spaces are closed multiple times per week. As you can imagine, it’s incredibly frustrating to see the pools are closed often during summer months. Also, residents are required to bring their own propane tanks if they want to use the grills. I’ve never heard of that before. And if you want to use the TV’s anywhere in the resident spaces, you need to “check out” the remotes with an ID.
We’ve had a positive experience with Paige and Hannah but other leasing agents come off rude and unhelpful. We regret renting here and can’t wait to move.
