My family and I have lived here for 3 years and we LOVE it! The entire staff at this location go above and beyond to make the residents feel and know that they truly care for everyone within this community. The ladies who work the front office always handle any concerns and questions very promptly. They keep us updated through emails about any upcoming maintenance work, packages delivered, and even host AMAZING events for everyone to come together to enjoy! The maintenance staff always response to any maintenance request quickly and efficiently. I know they do a lot behind the scenes, but I appreciate when they take care of things I need done within my apartment as well as keeping the community looking beautiful all year long. I can tell it’s more than just a job for all of the employees apart of Greenhaven Management. I know they all do a lot more than myself or any of the other residents can imagine. So thank you Michelle, Amanda, Pete, and JT for doing it so well that we don’t even notice because it’s already taken cared of. We appreciate all that you do daily to keep this community going! I can honestly say that I feel as though they are our chosen family. You ALL are awesome!!!

Michelle in the front office is the absolute best! Due to some last-minute changes, I was forced to find a new place to move into with only a few days to work with. Michelle and Greenhaven were extremely helpful and assisted me in getting everything straightened out with my big move in only a few days time.
The office staff is always available to help you with whatever it is you need and the property itself is very well maintained. If you've lived in apartments before you know that both of those things are rare. It's a smaller complex too which is nice. 10 out of 10!

Don't let the cute staged photos fool you- Can you say roaches?
Upon moving in, we were appalled to discover that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned and had a severe roach infestation. Fortunately, our belongings had not yet been moved in, allowing us to terminate the lease and relocate. This ordeal was particularly distressing as we had just moved from out of state. We had to spend several nights in a hotel with our young child before securing a new place to live. While the apartment management refunded our application fee, they refused to cover our hotel expenses, which is absolutely ridiculous and frankly unfair considering they had a month to get this place up and ready for us.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against considering this apartment complex for a lease. We also heard from neighbors about additional issues, such as smoking problems, which management dismissed in a very condescending manner over the phone, claiming, "Those issues don't happen here." This statement turned out to be blatantly false. Neighbors informed us that the previous tenants were two college students who had caused significant damage and left a strong odor in the apartment (Apparently they were two pot heads), which we noticed upon arrival.
To make matters worse, we checked back and found that the unit was listed on the market just one day after our departure.
I urge you to conduct thorough research if you are moving from out of state. If the management cannot provide a live video tour of the unit you are interested in, consider it a major red flag. This experience taught us that a friendly demeanor does not necessarily mean that management has your best interests at heart.
Please do your research and look elsewhere!
