Wrote a review but since it won't let me reply on there I'm posting another. You say you're trying but I've been here almost 4 years and since the new owners have bought this place the management has gone way down. I was in an old apartment and complained about the window constantly leaking every time it rains. They did nothing to fix it and it would flood the living room. Now new people live in that apartment and I can tell it still does it because you can see towels on the window just as I had to do. I moved to a renovated one because also old one since they redid the foundation had roach issue that they wouldn't fix either. Every time I've had to deal with the manager at the office she's snooty and rude sounding constantly and doesn't want to listen to anything not just from me but most the residence here. Again, numerous people have complained about having to pay rent later because they can't get their online portals properly setup and fixed. Then they say unless it's late you can't pay with money orders. Then I used to use a 3rd party that would help split my payments but pay all the rent to the property since I live paycheck to paycheck and because they can't fix their portals I can't use that 3rd party due to having to use it by the 5th of the month and they can't get their portals right until after that date. I got a reply from the Owner yet you don't want to fix the issues. Then like others say plumbing is so bad and they constantly shut water off. Just so much money to pay since I first moved here my 1 bdr was under 1000 but once the new owners bought it it jumped up like crazy then I moved to a 2 bdr and pay a lot for it and yet the amenities and services are so bad I shouldn't pay that much at all. I'd say for what you get in this place sorry but a 2 bdr should be around 1100 or less not upwards of almost 2k. I have to find somewhere else cause I can't deal with this place. I really do love most the people I've lived next to too but just can't do this with these people anymore. They don't ever wanna work with you on anything it seems like. The old people would always be nice and work with you miss them.

Lived here for almost 4 yrs now. Since they've been taken over a couple years ago by new people had nothing but issues. Complained about trash not being cleaned consistently in the dog stations, they keep changing their portals constantly and messing up people's paychecks by not keeping a consistent portal to pay rent on. Office has been a pain to deal with. When the main woman isn't working they bring in people that can't even do anything and you have to wait for the real person. Then why bring in someone then if they can't do anything. Many other issues looking now for somewhere else to go cause can't stand these people.
UPDTE: oh on top of everything I also have gotten singled out by the office because someone complained to them because I'm nice and give the neighborhood kids treats, waters, etc while they're running around playing and are thirsty and hungry. Someone complained and while they do leave trash I tell them to pick it up, the kids, if they don't I do it myself. Yet I still got singled out. Then got singled out for dogs when no one ever picks their dog poop up around here at all. Well if you set up trash bins with dog poop bags guess what it's your job to change them and keep them stocked then. If you take those down then tell people to use their own fine but if you have them up then keep them stocked. Don't just single me out either when no one picks it up period. Then blame me for the trash when all the trash cans stay constantly full around here and never get emptied. I'd say the only good thing I like here is most the residents I have no issues with and the maintenance guy is always super nice. In my old apartment he told her he needed to really repair the window that leaked when it rained and she told him no she wouldn't listen to him on what needed to be done. Because it was gonna cost them money and it's obvious the new owners don't want to fix major money issues they'd rather bandaid a broken arm and hope it works. Even the inspector came by when they were buying it and told her it needed to be gutted and she wouldn't listen to him saying it just needed caulk lol. No it was caulked numerous times that wasn't it it was in the wall there was a major crack in the frame and you'd have to completely redo the window and frame and seal it properly. Guaranteed there's black mold in there too now from at least 4 yrs of rain water leaking in there and down behind the baseboard inside. So, ya numerous issues like I said other than most the people here who are all living I take care of the kids except one lady across from me because it makes her ring doorbell go off. Well don't own one then when Everytime I step outside it goes off. No one else around here has one. Been here 4 yrs not once has my apartments both of them been broken into. Now heard some cars have mine hasn't but have heard that but haven't had any issues with break ins at all. So other than her, prices and the office I do love this place.

I had a great experience with Celina and Angie while finding an apartment and going through the application process. Celina noticed I had scheduled a tour but didn’t show up, so she followed up with me and encouraged me to come in for the tour, which I really appreciated. Angie took care of me during the process, and I was thrilled to receive the call with good news about my application! Now, I’m just waiting on the final manager approval. Overall, it’s been such a smooth process, and everyone in the office has been super friendly and helpful.

Where to start.. resident for years until I finally had enough from the property management and I knew the best thing was to turned my keys. Let me start with in management was so hypocritical about valuing their residents. 3 management, 2 different owners and apt issues were still going swept under the rug. Let me start with I had a mice problem for over a yr and I kept asking for results or transfer and neither property owners were able to do anything for me. I ended up having my nephews helped me seal the holes in the wall to solve the problem because every time I explained to ALL 5 different maintenance guys none ever did what I asked, as a matter of fact I had to set one of them in check for raising their voice at me for telling him to move the stove and seal behind it and he said that mice didn’t hide in it so he was not going to move it. Even though I had to basically beg the previous manager to Change my stove the mice were crawling in to my counter top through the stove from under the burners. I had my kitchen barracked with a table to avoid mice going into my rooms for over a month before my nephew came a seal the hole. All I kept getting was sticky traps as a solution, my only solution was my nephew sealing the holes finally. I even tried to reach out to corporate and left multiple voice messages and NEVER Heard back from anyone, I have the receipt because I recorded it every time I called and come to find out the owners are a group of investors, which it will make sense about flipping the property to make it look more appealing even though it is like covering a wound with a bandaid.
I had multiple water leak from the upstairs bathroom multiple times until one day the ceiling caved in and almost hurt my daughter but managed told me that the priority was to find a contractor that can fixed it on a good budget. Yeah my daughter running out of the bathroom to avoid getting hurt was not important enough because she needed to find a cheap contractor. Oh let me add it took them almost A MONTH to fixed.The apartment upstairs was just “remodeled” but the bathroom overflowed and the 2 wks the new tenants moved in they were not allowed to used their bathroom and they shared with me how rude managed was to them every time they asked for an update. I asked for my carpet to be cleaned and I was told that I needed to be approved or I could pay to clean it myself. Every time I asked for a transfer to an “updated” unit I was either given an excuse about none being available even though at one point there were 3 units being remodeled at the same time, I was also told that I would have to apply as a new resident and not a transfer. I also kept asking for my guest room vents to get checked since it never worked and nothing was done. I had black mold in my guest room and mentioned how the windows needed to be sealed and was completely ignored, I also mentioned how the dishwasher NEVER worked properly and was never checked because what I was told by a maintenance guy was that as long as it was working and not leaking management was not going to replace it. I was guarding my full deposit when I turned my keys in and didn’t even got half of it back. Let me add that I asked for management to walk my unit with me and I was told that it was ok, and she couldn’t because she was expecting someone to walk in 45 or less, I doubt it would have taken more than 15 minutes, I had to reach out to her to get a status on my check because she never reaches out or follows up on issues unless you stay on her about it. I can say that in my last yr or so I have seen more residents move in and out than the previous years. There is also no hot water almost every weekend because there’s always a plumbing leak, washer and dryers are always broken and laundry room is always full with trash.
I don’t have anything good to say about my last 2 yrs as a resident there.
