This impressive duo are the new management team and exemplary professionals who upon their arrival in April 2025 have improved the community tremendously. From the initial interaction with Erica, on Day # 1, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, knowledge, warmth, and positivity that resolved my inhibitions about the complex and living experience. Erica's expertise and scope of knowledge is indicative of a perfected management mastery that was never apparent in prior years. It was evident that the Fairways community was truly blessed upon her arrival. Her enthusiasm and passion are contagious which instantly made me feel at home and eradicate any inhibitions that I had previously. Throughout the move in process, she expounded on the highlights and benefits of my Unit. Erica's dedication to concise and respectful communications made the move-in processes incredibly seamless and stress-free. For example, when I had queries about the different floor plan options, Erica provided astute, detailed comparisons and arranged a personalized tour for me with Jasmine of the available units, demonstrating her commitment to all for finding the perfect living arrangement and treating tenants with respect. Erica and Jasmine are both attentive and responsive, always available to answer any queries and cheerfully engage, to respond most expeditiously to all phone calls and emails. It was like A New Sherriff Was In Town! Another standout moment these past few months have been when Erica went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule as she coordinated with me and other team members to ensure that all essential arrangements were in place for a smooth transition on ultimately my move in day. She topped it off with a surprise Candle Set gift. That's just Erica! Her organizational skills and proactive approach showed her genuine care for making me feel valued and respected as a resident. Moreover, Erica's warm and approachable demeanor makes each interaction a bonus. Her ability to build rapport and establish trust instantly sets her apart. I never felt like just another tenant; rather, she treated me as a valued member of the Fairways community from day one. In conclusion, Erica is a remarkable manager and her assistant manager/leasing agent, Jasmine, are a delightful team whose dedication, expertise, and genuine care have made my experience at Fairways outstanding.
