if i could do negative stars i would. i tried to like this place, i really enjoyed it at first. but it’s HORRIBLE!!!! fire alarms always always going off and beeping. infested with roaches. rude management. they never change the trashes. tenants never pick up after their dogs and there is a tenant who keeps his aggressive dog off leash. they allow drug addicts in but will complain about the slightest (untrue) things you do. THERE ARE SO MANY HOMELESS PEOPLE CAMPING ON THE COMPLEX GROUNDS. it feels very unsafe. they will not clean the dirty apartments left by old tenants. i have to view this everyday while walking my dog as well as a current tenants apartment who looks exactly as trashed. the complex doesn't care though. and the pool is always always an unsightly green because i guess there's no maintenance team so don't ever expect to go swimming. (i was just confirmed by the manager that they in fact do NOT have a maintenance team only a single temp because they don’t want to pay employees!). don’t accidentally get locked out either because despite the website and tenant portal saying that there is 24/7 maintenance and help with lock outs they will make you call a locksmith and pay out of your own pocket since they don’t want to hire maintenance and they won’t reimburse you either even though it is their fault they don’t have maintenance and that their public information is FALSE. also apparently there are murders? taking place? this has been written and removed and written again in the past few months. also if you enjoy hearing multiple couples having domestic disputes, this is your place!! after being here for many months i have found no real pros to this complex. again i tried so hard to love this place but the management clearly doesn’t care about running a deteriorating complex. empty pool photo is from June 20, 2024. why at the END of june are you now cleaning the pool. the pool has been GREEN since probably april, im not sure but i do know it has been a horrid green and has been closed. when the time comes to clean the pool they will just dump all the chlorinated, algae-ic water just in the streets.
