My car got broken in windows, broken everything and they didn't end. Nothing About it. And we post to support the security guard. If he doesn't do his job right? Paint buildup: Thick layers around door frames caused the door to jam, crack in half, and make a cracking noise (baby-waking loud).
Windows: Let in drafts unless you jam them shut with full body weight.

Toilets clog constantly, even with minimal use. Maintenance clears them, but the issue returns within days. Chemical cleaners offer temporary relief.

Pests: Occasional roaches/ants (DIY traps worked). Fruit flies swarm in spring/summer (I blame neighbor’s neglected plants).

Responsive repairs: Fixed most issues promptly, except one they marked “resolved” and ignored.
Payment headaches:
Cash/money orders were banned- I was forced into online payments that charge fees.

DO NOT MOVE HERE water leaked into my 3rd floor apartment from a big storm and I was unknowingly breathing mold that had been growing right beneath my bed for months. I reported it to the leasing staff and emailed them a video of it as instructed. NOTHING was done about it. I contacted the the health department and by the time they got out to do an inspection, the mold had already been covered up. Instead of showing any concern about my situation, I got sent a bill for $400 for carpet restoration. I was only there for 14 months and did not have any pets, definitely did not cause $400 or anywhere near that amount of damage. As if dealing with the mold and creepy pervert below me wasn’t enough stress, they still managed to make things even worse for me. Currently trying to figure out other legal services that can help me
