I've been here since August of 2024 and I'm more than happy to call this place home.
Recently The Depot On Main Changed management and there has been a dramatic change in customer service for the better. Every day when I get home from work the front office greets me with a smile and "How are you today". Every single issue I've brought to their attention has been corrected immediately with professionalism and sense of urgency.
I love eating dinner and playing pool with my friends at the Skyvue thats overlooking Old Town Burleson.
The gym is always clean and a perfect workout spot. I still get excited when I come home, my apartment is modern, elegant and perfect in the layout and suttle details.

I came to tour these with a friend recently. The current reviews are spot on. First, the staff, ownership, etc was changing and that's a bit concerning. Second, there were kids running all over the place in pajamas and no parents present. Next, ZERO security measures, no gates around the complex, nothing, and It's a skip from the highway and downtown bar area. When we got to the building with the model and I stepped out of the elevator, the hallway REEKED of weed (which I stated my concern of this prior to visiting). The pool area is very, very small for such a large property. The balconies were not well kept and looked junked up. The crime and reviews since we toured just confirmed ALL of my suspicions.. be careful renting here, VERY overpriced for what you're getting into. JUST A HEADS UP in my opinion.

I will not be renewing my lease and I do not recommend leasing here, as there are a multitude of issues aside from the apartments being overpriced! I was disappointed because things seemed great at first when we moved in as the apartments were still being built, however, it continued to go downhill alongside the major lawsuit reveal against Greystar, as well as the attempted murder-suicide incident at the complex last year.
Construction was rushed and the builders were forced to cut corners, even with being new-hires to save money to begin with. The apartments had many issues upon move-ins due to the much of the construction staff being new hires. To note, our ceiling and part of the apartment was flooded prior to move in and we had a horrible ant infestation. The walls in the complex are extremely thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Studs are uneven and tv mounts could not be hung. The dog park was never built. Staff has a high turnover rate…district-level and higher tier management fails improve issues, especially with being blind to seeing that hiring via nepotism or by cheap temp agencies does not work. Maintenance and porter staff is a must on weekends but we don’t have any so the complex can save money. Because of this, the main floor trash rooms smell horrible over the weekend and travel throughout the complex. Trash rooms on higher floors stay flooded with trash bags and are get backed up. Floors are mopped with dirty bleach water. Tenants are losing perks and routine maintenance fixes promised upon move in due to property budget issues. Tenants litter the complex and do not pick up their dog poop outside, nor do they clean the dog pee inside the halls when their dog doesn’t make it outside. Other tenants steal or ruin things in the rooftop lounge or out of the bathrooms or gym.
Depot on Main had potential, but failed to deliver.

I absolutely love these apartments!!! From the amazing gym, pool to the beautiful sky lounge over looking old town burleson!!! Very thankful for Ethan and his crew! Anytime I have had a problem with any appliances he was there to fix it in an Appropriate time!! I would highly Recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking!
