My family and I moved here in mid-February this year. Let me tell you, there is NOTHING in this world that is going to be "perfect". You'll find yourself constantly being disappointed if you're looking for perfection in all that you enter into. Although Cypress Edge has a few things to tighten up on, one thing for SURE is the care, concern and compassion that the leasing agent ROBERT extends to seemingly everyone! My family and I have suffered a great deal of loss and having to rebuild our lives this last year or so. ROBERT did all that he could to get us into a unit AND has been consistent in his customer Service and willingness to sit down and have a conversation without judgemental because of what is shown on PAPER!! In addition, he does all that he can, provided the tools that are available to him to assist everyone and their needs/concerns/issues. He's only capable of doing what he can do given the tools extended to him by those who actually are the "owners" of these units. I think so often people tend to assume because someone is the "face" of a particular company or brand, they have the capability of moving mountains and performing magic tricks at the drop of a dime or upon request... this is so far from realistic! This gentlemen is single handedly handling this property with subpar maintenance availability and staff, no other property assistant who is actually handling all that he's required to handle! Tenants will be tenants. You can only hope and Pray that your neighbors are mindful and respectful of those who reside around them. A tough job for one person to handle all alone without the proper tools. Ijs. I've heard things (both good and not so good) about these units ... I have pros and cons as well. But, I understand that this young man is doing what he can. Trust me, I've lived places where you absolutely felt as though you were ON YOUR OWN. Office staff didn't care whether or not your needs were met. Horrible customer Service and work ethics, unprofessional, never return calls or emails. Office always "closed", etc. As for me and my family, we are thankful and grateful to have been put in alignment with Cypress Edge and ROBERT (especially) who has been nothing but patient, kind and understanding. A HUMAN BEING. Which, we lack so much of what he offers in this world today!! Thank you ROBERT and Cypress Edge. Keep up the great work!
