I went back and forth for months about leaving a review on this apartment complex, i kept saying oh it will get better i just have to give it some time. i have lived in this apartment for two years and when i say this is not worth it its not worth it. People out here think seeing bugs in your clean home is just normal and part of living in the south. This apartment building in particular has a very bad roach issue. And all they do is say oh well this is Texas and send out someone to half spray whatever it is they are spraying. The front office is not very helpful, and i only feel comfortable talking to one or two people and even then i question their knowledge and genuineness. Even then they have huge attitude problems oh and if you’re a person the has to call and report a lot they start to screen your calls. I called back to back and no answer but when i called from my work phone they picked up right away. When i brought it up they claimed oh we were busy we don’t screen calls. I had to call multiple times about my bathroom sink peeling and finally the second year of me living here they sent someone out only after i ha complained about their staff and issues with the apartment. If you are looking for a good quiet place to live this is not it. Especially if you are in between buildings 15 and 16. The water has to be "emergency" turned off more times than its on every single month. The neighbors here are pretty ghetto and careless for the people they live around. If you work from home this is not a good place for you again with the noise level. And reporting it to leasing office does nothing. I couldn't even study in my own home. Ended up taking time off from my masters until i'm out of this stupid lease so that i can focus and study in my own home. If you are looking for an apartment with a gym this is not it for you it is not a functional workout area. I am not only glad to be leaving this apartment complex but also to be leaving Texas. These are the second apartments i have lived in since living in texas and in three years the major things are these apartments have roaches and they shrug that off like its "normal". I am sorry but you will never tell me that i pay $1000+ every single month to live with bugs that is not "normal". i am a clean person and don't like to coexist in my home with bugs. I am so excited my least is finally coming to an end and i can get out of here. And i would honestly not advise anyone to move into these apartments from experience speaking at least in buildings 15 or 16. i am not a person that leaves reviews to be honest but the first year had its ups and downs but the second year of living here has been horrible and i just really don't advise for anyone with something going for their life or wanting peace and quiet to move here. Believe other reviews when they say look elsewhere.
