One year later: I've had nothing less than a pleasant experience here. The neighborhood is really very quiet, with few disturbances. Neighbors/residents are in general very cool. It's a family environment. The apartments and the complex are very well maintained. The maintenance guys are really quick, whether inside the unit or out, and do the job well. In my time here, they've also added extra amenities/updates (extra bbq area, roofing, back yards) just because. Maybe I'm lucky, but both units I've moved into had new fridge/stove/microwave. The landscaping is always on point, even after the heavy storms. The "lakes" are beautiful and make taking walks/sitting by the water on either side of the complex something that really sets it apart from other complexes in the area. The complex itself is really lush, big trees, and a nice layout. Defintely not a concrete jungle. Probably most importantly, the management staff is superb. I was going to relocate to a sister property, but decided to stay, and Ariel, the office manager here, was extremely thorough and efficient in getting me into the unit I wanted. I was able to transfer before my original lease was up, and I didn't get blindsided with any surprise fees. I've worked a lot with Vanessa/Ariel/Tiffany throughout the process, and they're so friendly, patient and knowledgable; I never feel rushed or that they're too busy for my questions. As with any place, it's what you make of it. Solid construction, decent amenities, good location, and stellar management/staff are all things that are super easy for me to work with. As an aside, based on my experience vs. the experiences of some of the other reviews I've seen, I think some of these complaints might be due to user error... I've NEVER walked away with unanswered questions or without resolution for any maintenance/transfer/rent payment/ANYTHING, whether it be on the phone or in person. I've never experienced any leasing agent be anything less than extremely professional. Like, are we reviewing the same place? Alas, not everyone can be pleased. Truly, this is a great place to be, with better than fair market prices.
