When I first moved in a year and half ago, it was nice and clean, but with management, maintenance and pool company changes, the complex has not been well kept. Between trash piling up , breeze way and stairs trashy with food spills, pool situations, dog poop, it just isn’t an environment that’s nice. Management does listen to concerns, but not necessarily quick to address. I realize it takes time to fix pool situations, but having a clean place should be important. Why are residents not reprimanded if not following the set guidelines? Why are evictions not followed through if it’s not sanitary for other residents that are neighbors? Things need to change. Leaving food messes on the hallways causes bugs and ants. If mgt or maintenance would walk the grounds to be observant to the building’s conditions then they would be more aware of the trashy conditions around the area.

I have lived here almost 2 years. I moved into what was a 5 star residence and it was kept up immaculately. In the Fall of 2024 this property was bought out and a new management company, too. Ave. 5 is the worst property management company. The Corp does not care what is going on here nor do they want to improve it. Our outdoor hallways were blown out at least once a week. Never now. Our hallways were washed and cleaned at least once a month. Never now. The gym was cleaned once a week without fail. Rarely is the gym cleaned now. I have addressed things that need to be cleaned in the gym and they have not been done. And due to those cleaning it, it is never complete. They fired the pool company because they did not want to pay. The pool is not cleaned properly. Valet trash- often they miss a whole floor in several buildings, weekly. Due to two circumstances the pool has been shut down for almost 1 month. It is mid June. It is GREEN. Had they had a real pool service, this would not be the issue. Their communication is horrible. They wonder why people are leaving and not resigning their leases, this is why. We are not getting what we pay for. Some apartments have bugs and they are not getting rid of them. People are being able to store things on their balconies- furniture, freezers, storage containers. We are not able to use the grills either, because they are locked with the pool, They don't want to enforce the rules because they're afraid of people leaving. Well they're leaving because you do not enforce the rules. The rest of us pay the price. I would not recommend this complex to anyone I know. With the old owners and management, I constantly referred people here. We want our facilities back to what we pay for. This is the View of every resident who speaks to me. Not just mine.
They allow people to let their dogs poop and pee on patios and run off below.
The trash dumpster is absolutely horrible. It is too small and every week more than 50 nags of trash set outside the dumpster. They do not clean the grills or check the propane without being asked. And when asked I get an eye roll. Isn't this a given.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Corban Discovery! From day one, the staff has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful—any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and feels like home. The community is quiet, clean, and has a welcoming vibe, which I’ve really appreciated.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient—close to everything I need, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that balances comfort, value, and a great atmosphere, this is it. Definitely recommend checking it out!

What others have previously expressed about the management change is true. I have been here over a year now, and the luxury feel of these apartments has gone down. I love the place my family & I call home, but this community and new management is not luxury. The last management felt luxurious, events were held, the community was very well kept so it has been hard to adjust and see it go down. New management does not enforce the rules. The hallways are not kept clean, they’re so dirty! The residents are able to use their patios as storage, the landscaping isn’t as presentable as it was with the old management, the plants in front of my building have been dead over 6 months, rarely is there anyone available to answer the phone in the office. I’ve expressed these concerns numerous times to the management. I’ve been hopeful that something would change, and I’ve been told numerous times over the last 6 months that it would, but sadly it hasn’t. 😞
