I've been living at The Commons of Chapel Creek for three years now, and I’ve been here long enough to write an honest review. The community is quiet, and my neighbors are friendly. At least on my floor, everyone is respectful when it comes to noise — no issues with loud TVs or music. Maintenance is prompt and responsive, and this is the first apartment complex where I actually feel like the pest control fee is being put to good use; I’ve never had any bugs inside, aside from one cricket (which I probably let in myself). The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any problems with them. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here.

My request to change my apartment key was promptly met by the maintenance guy. Always professional and prompt. Thank you The Commons, it’s been a pleasure renting here.

Move out experience: One word Horrible
We completed our 12 month lease and then we moved to month-to-month lease. We have given a heads-up to the property well before the 60 days notice to extend for one more month but the property manager (Ashley) disagreed to do so. She mentioned that the property was already leased to next tenant.
While moving out, I have hired a professional cleaner and they cleaned the whole apartment. I vacated the apartment on 31st of December 2018 and we saw a new tenant there on 2nd of Jan 2019. They are closed on 1st Jan. When I got the move out bill, they have again charged me for move out carpet cleaning. We had carpet only in bed room. The living room was wood. I was asked to produce a receipt of professional cleaning by property manager(Ashley) to get the carpet cleaning fee waived off. They are always on look out for making money from the tenants. I have asked for a leasing policy which demands the need for a receipt from professional cleaners. Property manager did not know about such policy on top of her head. Waiting for her response now. I have attached the photos as well post the cleaning which shows that the apartment was perfectly clean when he handed over
The apartment complex itself is pretty decent. I used to stay in Building 6 and the trash is not cleaned daily. Most of the times, you wont even be able to get close to trash bins because the entire way is blocked with trash bags which gets cleaned once in 2 or 3 days.
Every pet owner is responsible to cleanup after the pets but if they don't, the property maintenance does not do the cleaning much. They pretty much rely on the community to do the best
Thumbs down from me for the Service. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I've been living here for 3 weeks now, and I must say this apartment is a great place to call home. The location is fantastic—everything you need is close by, and the neighborhood is very safe. The residents are quiet, which makes for a peaceful environment.
Savannah, one of the staff members, has been amazing! Her patience and willingness to help with all my requests made the move-in process so smooth. The maintenance team is also very responsive; I raised a couple of service requests after moving in, and they were addressed promptly.
The amenities are great—there’s a gym, locker service, and plenty of parking, with carport options available for a small monthly fee. The pool is currently closed due to the chilly November weather, but that’s understandable. One thing I really appreciate is how clean the property is. Unlike other places, there’s no valet trash pickup, which avoids hallway mess.
A couple of downsides to note: there’s no lounge area, and the building doesn’t have elevators, but overall, this apartment provides excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and convenient place to live!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I lived here for a little over a year and I wanted to move out after just a few months. Apartments are filthy, parking is horrendous and the staff is extremely rude. After leaving they kept my deposit and attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars for extra cleaning services. Look elsewhere.
