⚠️ Avoid This Community — Here’s What You Should Know Before Moving In Before moving here, you need to understand what you’re getting into. This community has become a magnet for problematic behavior. Drug dealers, heavy smokers, alcoholics, and Section 8 tenants are seemingly more welcome than responsible residents. Management appears to turn a blind eye to repeated issues that make life here unsafe and unpleasant. 🔫 Safety is a Major Concern Just two weeks ago, someone was shot near Building 6 and left bleeding. Walk through the complex and you’ll still feel the unease — it’s far from safe. 👶 Playground? More Like a Hazard The playground has been broken for over three years. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. Children either play on dangerous equipment or avoid it entirely. 🐕 Dog Waste and Lack of Enforcement Residents (and even outsiders) let their dogs relieve themselves in grassy areas, especially near the trees around the playground. The waste is everywhere. Even when you provide evidence, management merely “talks” to owners. No warnings, no fines, and no contract enforcement — even for repeat offenders. 📦 Package Theft is Common Many residents are losing packages — including Amazon deliveries — despite paying for secure delivery options. Management shrugs off responsibility, telling residents to “contact Amazon” while it’s clear the theft is coming from within the community. 🏋️ “Gym” is Just a Sauna Don’t expect a functioning fitness center. The air conditioning in the gym is never on, making it unusable in warm months. 🗑️ Valet Trash is a Scam Valet trash pickup is inconsistent at best. On top of that, everyone is charged extra fees because a few residents leave trash cans out. Instead of addressing individual violators, management punished everyone — a convenient excuse to make more money. 🌱 Grounds Are a Mess The grass is rarely green, often covered in dog waste. And if you complain, management asks for evidence — only to do nothing about it even when it’s provided. 🎉 Unauthorized Pool Parties People from outside the complex throw loud parties at the pool — especially when office staff aren’t around. It becomes a hangout for loiterers rather than a peaceful space for residents. 📋 Management Makes Everything Difficult If you request help, expect a long list of nearly impossible steps. Even for simple maintenance or community concerns, the process is bureaucratic, unhelpful, and in many cases — ends with you paying for their job. ⸻ Bottom Line: This community is poorly managed, unsafe, and far from what it advertises. You’re better off investing your time and money somewhere that values its residents and enforces basic standards of living.
