Dear Residents and Future Neighbors,
I am writing this message to share a sincere and honest concern about the real situation we face in this condominium.
While previous administrations were far from good, the current management has proven to be even worse — showing complete disregard for the needs of the community.
The main issue is the lack of proper maintenance:
The swimming pools are often closed, and when open, they are dirty — to the point where ducks are seen swimming in the same pool where children are supposed to bathe.
Maintenance requests are ignored, and when addressed, residents only receive excuses. Problems remain unresolved for months.
The maintenance staff seems incapable or unwilling to properly fix issues affecting the residents.
Instead of investing in real solutions, management focuses on hosting minor, superficial activities meant to distract from the serious problems we face.
For these reasons, I would not recommend anyone to move into this place unless they are prepared to deal with constant frustration, poor service, and a neglected environment.
I hope this message helps raise awareness and encourages current and future residents to demand the quality of life we all deserve.

Just renewed my lease, been here for 3 years now.
Next year I will be moving, when Joey was management I would receive emails if water would be out, since new management has been in I do not receive email stating water will be out. And at that - never has been out at night, usually during the day. This is the first time I’ve been without hot water for two days and no one has reached out, I had to call the office myself to make sure I was not tripping. I have 2 little kids and this unacceptable. Going on day 3 of no water, thankfully I run a hotel so I can just book a room but for everyone else in the complex who has to deal with this I’m sorry.

This was the second time I stayed at Centerport. I came back because the apartments inside are good, not the same dull old face you see from the outside. But, the problem is, that the water shuts almost every week. The water leaks and runs onto the walls, which causes bad walls, and they make you pay when you move out. And more disgusting they charge for the pest removal when you move out. What!!!! Cockroach infested the apartment and they made me pay for that. And, they made me pay for painting the walls, I don't even know how they even charged almost two months' rent at my moveout. And, now they have lost me as a probable third-time renter. Never going back!
