Management is horrible. They never answer the phone nor do they return messages or emails. If you want to get in touch with them I recommend you leave a daily message AND send a daily email. After several weeks, if you are lucky, you may get a response. After you turn into your keys upon move out, you no longer have access to the resident portal. That means you cannot access your past payments to see your utility accounts and verify what you had previously paid. It makes it hard to prove you made payments when they try and double charge you. They also tried to charge us for damages when we moved out. It wasn’t until I requested photos of “damages” that they backed off and removed those charges. We moved out 4 months ago and just last week finally got our account fixed with the actual final statement of utilities. It still isn’t accurate and we are being billed for utilities that we already paid but since we can’t access our past invoices and receipts in the portal I can’t go back and prove the utility bill is wrong. They have worn me down (by not returning calls and emails) and we have been threatened by their 3rd party company to take us to collections for the “past due” amount so I just sent a check so I could finally be done with it. Which, ironically was sent back as undeliverable even though it was mailed to the address provided on the statement. This place is a nightmare with their communication and options to actually talk to someone. They simply don’t care, management doesn’t care. If having someone who actually cares about their residents and communication is even slightly important to you, if you don’t want to be overcharged at move out, do not stay here.

The WORST apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Genuinely disgusting, entire place is covered in dog poop. Everything is broken and dirty. Children actually break glass and bricks in the parking lot as entertainment. They cut a hole in our ceiling because of weather and for 7 months spiders came into our place. Dryer didn’t work the first 10 months

I was advised not to share the full details publicly, but let's just say my experience mirrors many of the recent reviews. I'd recommend reading through those carefully before deciding to live here.
Edit: And as expected, their follow-up is telling someone to 'feel free to reach out' after 4+ unanswered attempts. A better approach would be to take genuine accountability instead of gaslighting paying residents with dismissive responses.
