Do you enjoy maintenance teams taking weeks to over a month to fix even the smallest of things? We had over 100 inquiries for things consistently breaking and not working, can you imagine how excited you could be to have your microwave door fixed for the 3rd time? I didn’t realize it until it took over a month to get someone to even look at it.
Do you enjoy getting a debt collection notice after two months after move out because they never sent you any notification or any way to pay back your last utilities?
Do you enjoy a front office that will never reply to your emails, take months to get you your mail keys, and make you do a wire transfer for your rent because they didn’t tell you to set up your bank account online before move in?
I could go on and on. I have lived in many apartments in my life and I thought going into this would be a great place to live because it’s in a great location and rent seemed reasonable.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. This was truly one of the worst living experiences of my life. Even after leaving, it never ends. The lies continue and the stress of this apartment complex continues to give me headaches.
Save yourself the trouble I have endured. Live literally anywhere else.

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and my water still doesn’t stay hot for longer than 10 minutes. They only replaced the water heater after I renewed my 6-month lease, something I only did because I was injured and couldn’t use my right arm for two months. At the time, renewing was simply the easier option. After replacing the water heater, my hot water still goes out before two songs are finished playing …
But imagine paying over $1,500 in rent and coming home from a 12-hour shift on your feet, only to take a cold shower. It’s exhausting and incredibly frustrating. One would think something would be done to compensate me or transfer me to a unit where the hot water WORKS longer than 10 minutes but nope, nothing.
I honestly can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move out. The only positives I can mention are that the area feels safe and the staff themselves are kind. But the company that owns and manages this place? Absolutely terrible.
Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.

I have been living in these apartments for 3 days. There are no cockroaches, the people are very friendly. The apartment was handed over to us in perfect condition, everything is clean. The carpets in the entrances are perfectly clean. There is no garbage anywhere. The apartment is completely suitable for a comfortable life. My windows face the sunrise and there are lots of garlands. Now I am very happy! But I don’t understand the point of a key fob for opening the gate if the gate is open 24/7. The same with the app for opening the door. Almost all doors open without a key.

I’ve been living here and paying my rent on time every single month. Yet, I’ve received ridiculous complaints from neighbors claiming that I’m “walking too loudly” in my own apartment. Seriously?
I have every right to walk around in the place I pay to live in. These complaints are not only unreasonable — they’re offensive. I’m not causing any disturbance, just existing in my home.
I wish the management would stand up for responsible tenants instead of simply forwarding every baseless complaint. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and respected where they live.
