I lived here from October 2021 to September 2022 and I just received a notice today, 6/18/25, that I had an outstanding amount due that was sent to collections. Why they didn't attempt to notify me previously and wait 3 years is unconscionable and a terrible business practice. I almost thought it was a scam and was going to ignore it, but I care about the repercussions to my credit. Unbelievable.
I've had similar experiences with other reviews. My A/C unit went out in the summer of 2022. I was one of the lucky ones to get it corrected right away, but I think that's because I went into the managers office to request it be fixed instead of submitting a work order.
There was more than one occasion where the hot water was out or we had no water at all due to constant repairs.
My unit also had a problem with bugs (ants and roaches) but I didn't wait for any pest control (I think we had to pay a monthly fee for it anyways) because I wasn't going to be able to sleep in that. I took care of it myself.
My unit was also locked one day before my official move out date. One of my keys had been returned and when I went to check my apartment and drop off the other key the next day, it didn't work.
I would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I lived here for TWO years and wouldn’t recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Let me explain why:
First, there’s NO HOT WATER. Living here means sharing a hot water heater with the entire building. We RARELY had hot water for showers, and when we did, it was usually only for about 5 minutes in the middle of a cold shower before it went cold again. Washing our dishes by hand was nearly impossible!
Second, there was BLACK MOLD ON THE AC. We requested maintenance to clean three vents that had black mold on them, both on the outside and inside. When the maintenance person came, he only “cleaned” ONE vent, which was just repainting over it. The inside was still full of mold! When I asked him if he was going to clean the inside and the other TWO vents, he just told me how to do it myself and left.
Third, there were TOXIC FUMES. A little backstory: I have a lung disease that affects my breathing, so I have to be careful about what I inhale. One day, while I was relaxing at home with my partner and our pups, a dense chemical smell, like paint thinner, filled the air. We had to evacuate our home for 6 HOURS, and my chest hurt for days afterward. We contacted the leasing office to complain, but we didn’t even get A NOTICE about them using paint thinner in the apartment above us.
LASTLY! EXTRA CHARGES after move out. We moved out of our apartment on 3/8/25 but our lease didn’t end until 4/5/25. They send us a text saying they were doing an inspection on 3/26 for our apartment to make sure everything was good. Didn’t hear back until we turned our keys in a couple days ago and told us the inspection was good and we just owed utilities then they would close our accounts once we payed the last bit of utilities. We payed the utilities and finally was able to move on in our much nicer apartment and then they sent an unexpected email to JUST my partner about needing to pay $1000 for the carpet! We have seen MULTIPLE people around move out and every single time they change the carpet out because that’s what your suppose to do as an apartment.
We do have multiple videos and photos but saving in case they don’t work with us and have to go to court over this matter.
Overall my experience at these apartments have been EXTREMELY frustrating and I advise you to put your hard earned money elsewhere.

The wires in the master bath are showing, and the water gets turned off at least three times a week. I wish I had never signed a lease. Don’t move here.
