THIS ONE HAS BEEN LONG OVERDUE. ****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER MOVING HERE**** My wife and I were tenants here for a year and we had ALOT of flooding issues that the management company didn’t want to address so they would cut corners and send Tony (Great guy working in the wrong place) to “fix” the issue. This place had constant management changes, which brings me to the biggest problem…. Upon our last week of move out the management team changed our locks (we legally had 6days left on our lease) and marked our unit for move out and The maintenance crew went in (legally breaking and entering at this point) and Pretty much stole some items we had planned to pick up that evening (Friday). So we had to wait over the weekend to try and retrieve our (at this point stolen) items. Monday comes around and the maintenance crew did return a few items, some damage, and a few missing still. So after a pointless and unprofessional argument/ altercation with their head maintenance Woman (which could have easily been avoided if she had just been honest about the rest of the missing items) we called the police and filed charges. We also had to file a claim with the then management company so they could do an “investigation” so that we could be reimbursed for our damaged and still missing items. About a month goes by and we still haven’t heard from them so I call the point of contact that was provided, after constant calls with no answer I figured she was just ghosting me. So I hired an attorney for civil matters and he tells me that the management company sold the complex to another company. So after 9 months of dodging legal issues and multiple companies pointing the blame at one another because NOT one of them wanted to take responsibility for their employees actions we just decided to write this review to warn others that this place will have 0 respect for you or your belongings, and the company no matter how many times they change hands will always dodge your issues.
